Review content:
I saw water coming up through the basement washing machine drain when the kitchen faucett was used or a toilet was flushed. I called the Roto Rooter Plumbers in Cleveland and they were here within an hour. Larry, the expirienced Pumber, snaked out the drain and got the water to flow but also cautioned me that because of the age of the house, almost 100 years, other damage could be present. He was right. Dan, a second Plumber, was called in and ran a camera into the sewer. We both saw just how bad the line was and made plans to have it replaced. Both Larry and Dan were professional and although the news was bad I felt confident in their assesment and their work ethic. Gerry Parisi
