Review content:
We had a backup of our sewer line up from the floor drain in a utility closet, into our kitchen. Of course this happened at the worst possible time, the evening before my wife and daughter were leaving Cincinnati on an overseas trip. Roto-Rooter got a plumber to our house in less than an hour who efficiently cleared the line and even got his manager to come out and put a camera through the line to see what was going on. I found out the manager came even though it was his wife's birthday. They recommended a range of options, but did not put any kind of high pressure sales pitch on me. I really like these guys a lot and feel very comfortable recommending them and calling them again in the future.
