When I called Roto-Rooter a plumber was senr out right away. The plumber was called Mario. He explained everything that he was going to do and just how much it was going to cost. He guided me step by step on everything that he was doing. Maro was very friendly and very knowledgable. I was very pleased with his service and if I need anymore help I would gladly call for his services again. Thank You Roto-Rooter for all of you help. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9-30 & 10-4 10/4/2010

I called this service for the first time as a home owner, with a MAJOR back-up problem....they responded within a half hour and sent a friendly, knowledgable tech named Bill, who guided me through what was going on. He followed up with Russ, a diagnostic tech who also was friendly and very helpful as to my best approach to the problem (a MAJOR sewerage line problem!!!) which required excavation of my yard and replacing the whole sewer line. Joe, the head of the crew came this morning, offering to even buy me coffee!!!! The workers were fast, courteous and thorough, cleaning up my yard and even the sidewalk when done!!!! In an unfortunate situatiion, I couldn't be more pleased with who I chose, and will use them as my "regular" plumbing company when needed!!! Thanks to all for your help and courtesy!!! more

Roto-rooter 10/1/2010

Called last night. There was no more denying my hot water was turning orange. They were very friendly on the phone and made an appointment for today on my schedule. I calle dthis morning panicking that late this afternoon would be too late to replace water heater as I have out of state guests coming in for the weekend. Thet moved the appt up no problem. The tech was here exactly when they said he would. Bill checked out my situation, gave me detailed information and not a pushy sales pitch. We then determined a time he could be back with a new heater. Again he was here on the dot. Got the new heater installed with no issues and I am back having clean hot water.No hassles. cost was not bad and within price quoted. I have had previous horror shows with plumbers. Bill was knowledgable enough that he could spot and point out the previous bad work that was done. He was friendly, professional, and very good at what he does. I now will call Roto-Rooter if any other plumbing issues happen. Thanks for making this easy! more

Called Roto-Rooter two weeks ago on a Saturday. The serviceman that arrived was prompt and very knowledgeable. He reviewed the problem with the drain pipe, fixed it and made me understand if the problem persist it could be a bad pipe. Sure enough a week later the problem was back. Again on a Saturday I had to call Roto-Rooter, the same serviceman came and fixed the problem in a timely, professional manner. I am more than satisfied and I will call him again and recommend Roto-Rooter to others. Thanks again for all your help. more

Roto-Rooter Service 9/17/10 John O 9/18/2010

I had a reoccurring clog in my kitchen sink after heavy usage. I tried numerous things to fix the problem but nothing worked. I called Roto-Rooter and they diagnosed the problem immediately. The serviceman outlined the problem gave me an estimate and finished within the time he told me. I am more than satisfied and will definitely call them in the future. more

I checked on line for a plumber that had decent ratings. I came across Roto-Rooter from Providence. I called to get a new garbage disposal installed and they said they would get someone there in less than an hour. Wow... I was expecting a few days wait. Their rep came, gave me a clear quote, used a drop cloth on the floor, was courteous, and cleaned up the entire job at the end. I am now planning on giving them additional work. Great Service 7/9/2010

I recently used Roto-Rooter to fix a shower that was not working properly. We have used Roto-Router for all kinds of plumbing problems as they always show up quickly, provide immediate price quotes and get the job done efficiently. Job well done! 6/22/2010

I had a leak right at the edge of the foundation and within minutes Jim arrived. He made some repairs and left with us being able to use the water comfortably until they could make the major repairs 2 days later. They brought 3 people to get the job done in one day! Much appreciated, i have my laundry and all drainage working beautifully!! Thanks! Pros: Superior Work, efficient and timely Cons: A little pricey more

A service technician named Jim came to inspect and repair the drainage systems at my home. He was very quick to determine the problem and answered all my many questions concerning the set-up. He recommended the necessary steps to take to keep it up and running after he made sure the drain was clear. I would definately recommend calling Roto-Rooter to be sure your drainage systems work!!! I had a washing machine hose break that flooded my entire kitchen. When I called Roto- Rooter I was not even sure what was wrong. They came within the hour and accessed the situation. They promptly fixed the hose with a stainless steel hose . They noticed that I had a slow moving drain and my house was old and on a slab . The plumber was very knowledgeable and offered their drain cleaning service and use of a camera to make sure I did not have any tree root problems from my big tree in the front. It was a bit pricey but since I have lived in this house 22 yrs without this being checked I had the work done. Jim Dowling from Providence was very efficient and made sure everything was in working order and cleaned up everything before he left. I now have a 1 year warranty on the drains and work that was done. Jim was really top notch plumber and a pleasure to work with. Pros: Very effecent , Cons: Pricey but worth it more

Anne Flores came to my home and did the job and I was so pleased with her work and what a pleasant person and knowleable perso she was. She explained everything to me about the furnace. The plumber from Roto-Rooter on Broad Street in Providence just left and she was amazing. She was very pleasant and efficient. Her name is Anne-Marie R. Flores. Anne-Marie looked at the problem and all the connecting pipes. The she gave me a written estimate with all of the options available to me. She also found a problem that I hadn't yet noticed and brought it to my attention. Anne-Marie cleaned up both in the basement and the kitchen and left the area as she found it. I am very happy that Anne-Marie was the plumber sent to me. I would recommend her to everyone. more

I called the Providence office of Roto-Rooter the morning of June 1st, and the plumber was here before noon to fix my plumbing problem. The plumber was respectful and courteous; now that is something you don't get from all service peronnel. I appreciated his attitude, performance, and informative manner. Terry 3377 was the plumber that came and at that time he offered a camera service at no extra cost to check the pipes going from the house out toward the sewer connection to locate any possible problems associated with root invasion and pipe condition. Jim came that same day with his camera, and to my complete and joyous surprise there were no problems. Thank the Good Lord! Would I recomend Roto-Rooter to my friends? Absolutely! more

Great service, called early monday morning and they were here within an hour. Tech#728, Wilson Molina came in to clear out the main sewer line.
