I called the Providence office of Roto-Rooter the morning of June 1st, and the plumber was here before noon to fix my plumbing problem. The plumber was respectful and courteous; now that is something you don't get from all service peronnel. I appreciated his attitude, performance, and informative manner. Terry 3377 was the plumber that came and at that time he offered a camera service at no extra cost to check the pipes going from the house out toward the sewer connection to locate any possible problems associated with root invasion and pipe condition. Jim came that same day with his camera, and to my complete and joyous surprise there were no problems. Thank the Good Lord! Would I recomend Roto-Rooter to my friends? Absolutely!
