Review content:
Called Roto-Rooter two weeks ago on a Saturday. The serviceman that arrived was prompt and very knowledgeable. He reviewed the problem with the drain pipe, fixed it and made me understand if the problem persist it could be a bad pipe. Sure enough a week later the problem was back. Again on a Saturday I had to call Roto-Rooter, the same serviceman came and fixed the problem in a timely, professional manner. I am more than satisfied and I will call him again and recommend Roto-Rooter to others. Thanks again for all your help.
