Review content:
Called last night. There was no more denying my hot water was turning orange. They were very friendly on the phone and made an appointment for today on my schedule. I calle dthis morning panicking that late this afternoon would be too late to replace water heater as I have out of state guests coming in for the weekend. Thet moved the appt up no problem. The tech was here exactly when they said he would. Bill checked out my situation, gave me detailed information and not a pushy sales pitch. We then determined a time he could be back with a new heater. Again he was here on the dot. Got the new heater installed with no issues and I am back having clean hot water.No hassles. cost was not bad and within price quoted. I have had previous horror shows with plumbers. Bill was knowledgable enough that he could spot and point out the previous bad work that was done. He was friendly, professional, and very good at what he does. I now will call Roto-Rooter if any other plumbing issues happen. Thanks for making this easy!
