Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4/15/11 4/16/2011

This was a very professional job. I was able to get service within an hour of my telephone call! The service man made sure to double-cover the wheels of the machine so as not to drag dirt or sewage into the house. He was able to go around an area in the basement not affected with sewage so he did not roll his equipment through it. He also made a point of closing all doors after going through them which was very polite. He did the job within an hour and we're very happy with the results. We'll definitely use this company again. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4/7/11 4/7/2011

Our main sewer line backed up and our floor drain needed work as well. Brian, the plumber, was very informative and efficient in his work. He also covered how to care for our drains in the future. Roto Rooter Minneapolis was very courteous on the phone and they came out as soon as possible. Very impressed and would recommend them! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 03/23/2011 3/24/2011

This is the second time we've had to call Roto-Rooter; it's an old house. In this episode, the kitchen sink (disposal and dishwasher drain as well) backed up. Snaking, plunging, pulling out the pipe didn't work. RR replaced the pipes, discovering another previously unnoticed break in the process, and cleared the drain. more

Went downstairs to find sewage coming up my laundry drain! Called Roto-Rooter Plumbers today, Marchy 18th, 2011 around 10:00am and they were very nice, I said I needed to move some things so they could get to drain, they were here in no time, Terry the plumber was very friendly. He explained the tree roots and grease in my drains, and sold me a product of theirs and advised me to have this checked again in three years. I've lived here 20 years so I guess I was lucky, this time! Good Job Terry! more

Just moved in! 3/14/2011

Called sunday night and Dan was there within the hour. He was pleasant and explained what he was doing and how/why it happens and took his shoes off, while getting from place to place ! :) Had a not so ""easy"" time with the cap, but kept it positive! This was 10:00 o'clock at night mind you!! Thanks Dan, and Roto-Rooter service, ""That's good work out of you"" more

Roto-Rooter was fast!!! They could have been there shortly after my phone call. They are open 24/7 and do not charge more for after hours calls. Dan did a great job and had us in working order very fast. I have always had good experience with Roto-Rooter. If you find yourself in need of a plumber you can be confident when calling them. more

We discovered a backed up drain at 6, called roto rooter (after our failed attempts) at 7:30 and had the drain fixed by 9! \r \r Daniel (#48-1240) was knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. \r \r I will ALWAYS call Roto Rooter! more

I I found the serviceman to be friendly and very knowledgeable in his field. His work was 1st rate and fast. The only complaint I have is that I was extremely surprised to find that he didn't carry what I call is a basic supply of plastic pipe and fittings for sewer use and in order for him to fix the problem, he had to go to a store to procure the parts and I was required to pay for his time to get them. I find this practise highly irritable and BAD BUSINESS PRACTISE!!!!!!! i Also find that you mislead people into thinking that you can handle almost anything. more

Amazing Experince 3/4/2011

I spend 3 days calling and leaving messages with live people at Valley Plumbing. They never called back. I took out the phonebook and call Roto-Rooters. I had someone here within 1.5 hours and got it fix very quickly. I explained it wasn't an emergency and that it could wait. But like I said, someone was here very fast that late afternoon. I was very pleased with Roto-Rooters plus yhe fast service. The technician ? Mark #910 ? even answered my 5 year olds questions and let her watch. Great experience! more

Excellent service! We called Roto-Rooter at 8:45 on a Friday evening and Dan, the technician, came 30 minutes later. He was professional and friendly, and was successful in clearing the stoppage in the floor drain in the basement. We have used Roto-Rooter services in the past and definitely will call again should it become necessary. more
