roto-rooter plumbers 12/10/2011

one of the first days it gets really cold our pips froze, trying to unfreeze them my boyfriend almost got electrocuted and now has a pulled muslc in his back. so we figured we would call the professorial roto-rooter who are thank god open 24/7. they came on time and fix the broken pips and also found more leaks that we didnt even know about. there service is great and the plumber (jeff 2722) was very kind. the thing i liked best about haveing them to fix the pips was they wore boot covers when they came in the house. more

My washing machine has been overflowing the drain pipe and after attemtping to repair it myself - I finally gave up and called Roto-Rooter plumbers of Minneapolis.\r \r Phone service when setting up the appointment was impeccable and thier hours of availability were excellent.\r \r Service tech (Brian #48-936) was on time and completed clearing the drain in no time. Brain also provided a lot of helpful information as to the root of the problem and answered all my questions and concerns.\r \r Very pleased with the service provided and will definetly be calling these guys with any future plumbing issues\r \r If your looking for a great plumber - look no further more

Great Service!! 11/21/2011

We had a plumbing issue on Saturday night. The main line backed up and water was all over the floor in the laundry room. We called 3 different plumbers to get quotes. Roto-Rooter could send someone out that night and turns out they had the best price, with no charge for an after hours service call too. Unheard of!! Our guy arrived a little later that night and did an outstanding job (thank you, Harrison!)!! He was polite, thorough, and conscientious. Overall, he did a fantastic job for a really horrible situation. Thank you Roto-Rooter!! more

Great Service 11/16/2011

I live in the Minneapolis area and when I called for service, I had someone at my door within 45 minutes! Our plumber was polite, professional and honest. There were some issues with the shower drain and he did not stop working on it until it was working properly. If in the future I have any other drain issues, I will be calling them! more

Great Company 09/30/11 10/3/2011

We called for an estimate, which by the way, is always free, and Ray, the plumber who gave us the quote, told us a number four hundred less than an estimate we had gotten from another company. You know we went with Roto-Rooter! Ray was able to do the job immediately. We got a great price, excellent service, and were more than satisfied. Ray was professional and explained what he was doing and why. He was fun, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with that and his integrity. I was complaining about the prices of a company we had used before, and he did not say anything against them, which he could easily have done. We were more than pleased with Roto-Rooter, their pricing, and the plumber. This is a great company, and we really had a positive experience. I highly recommend them. more

Roto-Rooter 9/26/2011

One morning recently I called Roto-Rooter to clear a clogged drain. Despite having to call many numbers to reach a voice (many of the lines simply stopped ringing!), when I did reach a person, she was friendly and efficient. The technician arrived just as indicated. Unfortunately the clog was further into the system than the first technician could reach with his tools so he called for help. The second technician arrived promptly and worked a lot time. He did clear the drain and it has been working even better than the last time we had work done to clear a clogged drain. We are very pleased with the service and the fact that there was also a coupon that lowered the cost. more

I felt that the team from Roto-Rooter that came to the house to replace piping in my main drain were fantastic. They were kind, courteous, and always willing to stop and answer questions,even questions from our neighbors who were wondering what was going on. They were clean and made sure at the end of the day both days 9/6/11 and 9/7/11 they cleaned up their mess and left it really put back together. The plumber, Bill, was prompt and friendly. He did a quick assessment with the info. I gave him re. my stopped up kitchen sink. He warned me of the possibility of a leak where the pipe went into the wall and showed me the rusty fitting. He worked steadily on a hot Sunday evening in Minneapolis... this is the time I had asked for with the dispatcher on the phone earlier in the afternoon. He spent a little time in the basement showing me where the kitchen pipes from my tenant unit upstairs meet my pipes to tell me how the upstairs sink may effect my drainage. After the drainage was partially cleared he demonstrated that the older pipes were now worn to the degree that they could not be tightened, but I just noticed that he did not leave the pipe here and that is not good. I will be getting two other estimates today of this job before I finalize on who to hire. more
