Roto-Rooter Plumbers Minneapolis 7/30/12 ~ I highly recommend calling Roto-Rooters. They were here within less than an hour when I called this morning for our floor drain that was backed up. They are resonably priced. The plumber, Brian, was very polite and knew what he was doing. I have called Roto-Rooter before and will definitely call them again when we have a plumbing issue. more

I just got back from a fishing trip on a Sunday evening only to find that water was seeping up through the drain all weekend in our basement. My poor wife was busy the better part of the weekend cleaning this up. First thing Monday morning, I called Roto-Rooter. They called me back to confirm that someone would be at my house within 30 minutes. I hung up the phone an went outside to make sure my garage door was open and Roto-Rooter pulled up in my driveway. I was pleasantly surprised by the early arrival. The technisian (Mark) was very polite and I showed him to the basement. He had us run water to recreate the problem. Ten minutes later, water started to seep up through the drain. He determined that the main line may have a root as we are in an older residential neighborhood. Sure enough, several minutes later, the machine blade came back with a small portion of a tree root. Problem was solved. He was very couteous and I will not hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone more

I couldn't be happier with how quickly and professionally our unexpected new home water situation was resolved. We've just bought a house in Minneapolis, lived here only 3 weeks when drained water from the kitchen sink started flowing out the floor drain in the downstairs laundry room! We knew we needed to contact a plumber and Roto Rooter was recommended right away by multiple sources. We called and they were able to come out WITHIN THE HOUR... ON A SUNDAY!! It took Nigel less than a half hour to fix our issue. As he cleaned up the small water mess in the basement he gave us insight into how the plumbing worked in the new house (what was connected to what) and some tips on a few things we could do to help our plumbing stay flushed out and clean. How helpful! more

ROTO-ROOTER PLUMBERS - JUNE 14, 2012\r I had no idea Roto-Rooter provided plumbing services, so I was surprised when a friend referred me to them when I needed a plumber...and needed a plumber fast! They were awesome. Thankfully, unlike a lot of other plumbers in Minneapolis, they worked with me to provide the financing I needed since I didnt have the cash readily available, In addition to that, they quoted me over the phone that was accurate, they came out first thing the following morning and they didn't charge me anything extra or try and talk me into any other services. Reliable 3/16/2012

When Roto Rooter says they'll be there - they are there. Had an 8-10 a.m. window and they arrived promptly at 8. I also appreciated that they had all the necessary parts in the truck and were able to handle everything in one visit! So efficient! more

Roto-Rooters Plumbers; 2/14/12 2/22/2012

We've lived in our current house since 1990; built a major addition our home in 2007 and I myself have personally overseen every single repair. I thought I knew this house backwords and forwards and everything in between. Yet we'd been having slow-drain problems with the downstairs toilet since it was put in. Probably 7-10 times we'd had various plumbers out to try to fix it. Then came Roto-Rooter!! This was the best decision I've even made in regards to plumbing. I want to especially thank and give my praise to Leon Watson; who through careful and quick analysis of our problem promptly found our most elusive problem. The back-flow preventer cover had come loose and was lodged down drain just enough to cause us major toilet plugs. Leon was courteous, smart, neat and clean and thorough. Thank you Roto-Rooter and also thank you to Bill Blancke. Our next step, had Leon not found the problem, was to take out the toilet and convert the whole room to a closet. We love Roto-Rooter in Minneapolis!! more

Good Plumbers 2/20/2012

This is the second time I have called Roto-Rooter for a plumbing issue. I have moved from state to state and trying to find a company that you like for projects around the house always seems to be really bad or really good experience. \r \r My 2 experiences with the Minneapolis Roto-Rooter were great both times. They were on time, clean, helpful, and they had a really good coupon when I used them the second time, and that is huge for me. I found my “go to” plumber in Minnesota for sure!!\r \r more

Promp efficient service 2/16/2012

I found myself with a partially clogged pipe that was beyond my capabilities to clear and I made a call to RotoRooter. Brian arrived within an hour after my call. He explained what might be needed, giving me the best and worst case scenarios. This included the fees for each of the solutions that might needed and why they would be necessary. Fortunately, in my situation, it turned out that the problem was the ""best case."" He was able to correct the problem in a short period of time and then demonstrated to me that the problem had been dealt with. The fee was exactly what he said it would be. I didn't have any problem with the amount since I've always figured that plumbers, electricians, etc. are not just being paid for what they do but are also being paid for the knowledge to do it without changing the architecture of the building. All in all, it was a very satisfactory experience. If I have need of further plumbing work, I will contact this firm. more

I liked the ability to schedule an appointment for a plumber in Minneapolis through an email confirmation and was able to check the status of anticipated arrival, Brian was the technician, he was very nice, very professional and explained to me in a way that was easy to understand what it was he needed to do and how long it should take as well as how much it would cost. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up after himself leaving my house cleaner than it probably was when he arrived to work on the problem. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that I felt the prices were on the high side, they claim they don't charge Emergency fees but given the prices I'm sure they come out the same as companies that do charge higher weekend and emergency fees. more
