We had a bathroom faucet that was leaking. Our tech did a great job. It required he drive in to Mpls for the parts. This was done in a timely manner. Overall service was excellent. We have used Roto-Rooter in the past and will again. more

Brian arrived on time. He was patient as an explanation was given for our effort made the night before. He tested the two sinks in question. Determining it was the kitchen sink he advised us of the potential problems in working with old pipes. He carefully began to snake the drain pipe which had an immediate 90 degree turn. As he worked he informed us that the work was going well. He indicated that the problem was related to grease/food sludge. When finished with the drain, he tested the kitchen sink as well as the basement sink. Upon speaking of a process to minimize this condition occurring again my husband remembered a RotoRooter container in the basement. The microbes were dead. So we bought a new container and stored it under the sink. Over all Brian worked efficiently, thoroughly and kept us informed as to what he was doing. It was a good experience. more

Brian was quick and very informative during his visit to our home. He corrected our drain issue in less than an hour. The price was reasonable and they came out to our house the same day. We called Ben Franklin plumbing who has been to our home in the past and they did not have anyone available until tomorrow morning. I saved their number in my cell to make sure we call Roto Rooter in the future. more

Brian was great; he diagnosed and fixed the problem with our laundry tub back-up right away. When he found another issue, he worked diligently for almost an hour to fix the leak. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We have called other plumbing companies in the past, but after this experience, we will always call Roto Rooter when we need plumbing or drain service! . more

i made my appointment on line for the next morning for my sewer line that was plugged by tree roots. the next day they called & said they were a little behind and maybe up to 30 minutes late this is understandable being the day after christmas. that was fine with us we were just happy they called. brian was our tech and he was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. he did a great job. we would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. more

Last night our house drain suddenly got plugged and backed up into our laundry sink as well as a bit on the floor. Couldn't use the kitchen sink upstairs or the laundry. Called and got a technician, Brian, the next morning. Since we weren't in a big hurry as there was no real flooding, they were very appreciative that we could wait. Brian called before he arrived, showed up when he said he would, (noon), and explained everything clearly to me. If it had been our main drain it would have been a lot worse than it was, and he was able to take care of it quickly. (Under an hour.) He also took his shoes off when he came inside, which I appreciated, and cleaned up the area around the drain. It was a little more expensive than I had hoped, but it's all clear and working great now. Brian was very efficient and thorough. Highly recommended! more

Tuesday evening my floor drain backed up in the laundry room. I poured a lot of boiling water down it to try and unclog the pipe. It did not work. Wednesday morning I called Roto-Rooter at 10:30 and Brian showed up at 11:30. We talked about the situation, brought in the powered snake, and had the clog removed quickly. I was extremely happy with the service. I was amazed that Brian took his shoes off when entering the house. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to other people. Thanks, Gary North St. Paul, Mn more

I recommend using Roto-Rooter Pluming & Drain Services if you need a plumber in Minneapolis. Jim was dispatched to our house about 45 minutes after we logged an appointment online because our basement drain was backing up. He quickly and efficiently removed the blockage (hair). No mess, no delay, just quick and efficient, professional service. Jim was great and would welcome him back anytime, just hopefully not to soon. more

No one likes to find a backed up sewer drain in their basement on a sunny Saturday morning!!! With an older home, I've had to deal with this before...except this time it was both the house line and the main line. In the past I've called other plumbers - they were a bit less expensive - but I will say this: you get what you pay for when it comes to plumbing. I was very impressed with the quick and courteous service I received on the phone when I made my appointment, and as a bonus, they were able to come earlier that anticipated. Brian was thorough, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He walked me through each step of the process, as well as tips on prevention. I hope I don't have to worry about another backed-up drain, but if I do, I will be calling Roto-Rooter. Thank you! more

I recommend using Roto-Rooter Pluming & Drain Services if you need a plumber in Minneapolis.
