I got home from work one Friday to find a garage full of water, not knowing a plumber to call I called Roto-Rooter in Nashville. They sent Robert out who check my water heater which was not the problem but gave me good advice on how to maintain the unit for long lasting performance. Then over the weekend we used the spicket out back and found that's where water was coming from, so on April 15th Robert came back and fixed problem, thanks Robert and Roto Rooter!! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - April 2-3, 2015: Robert came to my home on Georgetown Dr. last week to unstop a sewer line from the house to the road. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism and commitment to get the job done right. I will use this company again. I am extremely impressed with the ""Jetting"" rig that was used. I called several plumbers early one morning to have someone come out to my mother's house to clear her drain. The earliest anyone could go to her house was the next afternoon. Then I called Roto-Rooter and they sent someone out within two hours. The technician immediately found the problem and had it resolved within the hour. He was knowledgeable and friendly and efficient and explained everything he did. Next time I know who I will call first! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Nashville took care of my problem on the first visit and gave me great advice on avoiding problems in the future. I had Drazan (one of their specialists) to my residence within one hour from the time I called. I can sleep peacefully tonight now that my leak is fixed and the water drains like it should throughout the house....and for a reasonable price that I can handle. more

It is not fun at all to wake up on a Monday morning to water dripping off the ceiling in a downstairs bathroom. I pulled down some of the water damaged ceiling but, could not exactly identify the source of the leak. A quick search on the internet for local plumbers led me to call Roto-Rooter for the first time. \r \r My call was dispatched quickly and efficiently and very soon I met Robert at my back door. He found the leak and had it fixed in what seemed like no time and for a very reasonable price. I usually do not take the time to write a review unless I am either unhappy or extremely pleased with the service. I highly recommend Rotor-Rooter and when you call, ask for Robert - He does excellent work! more

Requested service on 12/26/2014 - Danny at Roto-Rooter was helpful and advised that he would have a repairman at our house within two hours. He called back approximately 30 minutes later to let us know that a repairman was on his way and would arrive shortly.\r \r Our repairman's name was Drazan. Our plumbing problem was extensive, Drazan was very thorough and he took the time to identify the cause of the problem. Once the cause was identified he quickly repaired it and then explained to us what actually caused the issue. He was professional and was extremely friendly. We would definitely request him for any future issues. more

My water line was accidentally cut. I called Roto-Rooter and within 2 hours, they arrived, evaluated the situation and discussed the solution and cost. 25 minutes later and the job was complete! Reasonable rates. No fee for coming out to give me an estimate. Very professional, quick. Roter-Rooter is my first choice in the future. more

Excellent Service\r \r \r We had water coming up from all of our drains in the home and were very conderned about what the problem was. We were referred to Roto-Rooter by a friend and Drazan came right out to solve our problem. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and effecient. We were very pleased and next time we call Roto-Rooter, we would love to request Drazan. The prices were excellent! The services are under warranty and are able to see inside our main line for free! What great services. We will definantely call Roto-Rooter again in the future! more

We had a kitchen sink that was backing up. After the first guy was sent out and rooted our sink pipe it was still doing the same thing. We called back and y'all sent out Roger. Roger went above and beyond helping us figure out what ultimately was wrong. When the sewer line was put in 20 yrs. ago they, for some crazy reason, left the septic tank with the kitchen sink line still going into it. But ran all the other plumbing to the sewer line. So our quote for what we thought was just fixing a busted sewer line went way up after we realized all this mess. We had to empty the overflowing septic tank, then dig it up and collapse it in and fill it with gravel, then run a new line from what was still the 1960 sewer pipe to the sewer like it should have been in the first place. But you guys did a great job and we now have the fastest running sink drain in Donelson!!! Thanks so much to Roger and John the backhoe guy!!! more

Bellevue, TN - I had a water heater leaking and leaking into my neighbor's condo, so I need help fast. My own home warranty company messed up and couldn't find a plumber to get to me that day, so I called Roto-Rooter and Robert Sparks showed up in record time! He was not only knowledgeable and excellent at what he does, but very honest, friendly, kind and easy to talk to. Roto-Rooter is a great company and Robert is one of the best plumbers I've ever had and I have had quite a few at my condo over the years. Thanks Roto-Rooter and especially Robert! :) more

Yakina D.\r \r I had a massive flood in my bathroom out to my hallway from a clog in the main line pipe. It was horrible! The technician Robert Sparks came out and worked wonders! I called at 5 and they were there by 6. It was amazing! Not only did he fix the problem, he also played with my 7 month old daughter. :) He was very friendly and professional and I would recommend him and Roto-Rooter to anyone. Great job guys! more

We had a water line under the kitchen sink break at 11pm. Not knowing who to call we looked in the yellow pages. Roto Rooter was listed with the note 24 hour service. I called, a answering service took my call. Having in the past to wait for a long time for a call back I was worried. The plumber called me back with 5 minutes. He said he would be right out. He arrived, put protective boots on came in and assessed the situation. Said he had the parts in the truck to repair. He came in and repaired the leak, was VERY personable, and was a pleasure to do business with. The bill was very reasonable, no extra charge for after hour repair. We had a new water heater installed the week before and told us how to service it also. Left his card and told us to contact him at any time. He has my business!!!!!!!! more

I needed to have an old toilet completely overhauled, new fixtures put into my shower, and the hot water fixed on a sink. My house was old and they had to deal with bugs and broken pipes and all kinds of issues, but got the job done quickly and were super nice. I can't recommend them enough; definitely ask for Robert or Sandor if you call in the Nashville area. more

I called Roto-Rooter Nashville to help with a clogged toilet. Robert the plumber was able to come to the house very soon. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for the repair. I approved the work and he was able to complete it quickly and also offered a 7 day guarantee. I would recommend Roto-Rooter. more

I have always been the do it your self type of person, but I knew this was a job strictly for the professionals.\r I have had service techs to do service in the past but this was far most the best professional service I have seen\r in years. Everything was explained up front and after the service was completed I was told a number of ways to provide\r preventive maintenance. I was very please with the service and I would recommend to anyone that have plumbing problems. more
