Review content:
We had a water line under the kitchen sink break at 11pm. Not knowing who to call we looked in the yellow pages. Roto Rooter was listed with the note 24 hour service. I called, a answering service took my call. Having in the past to wait for a long time for a call back I was worried. The plumber called me back with 5 minutes. He said he would be right out. He arrived, put protective boots on came in and assessed the situation. Said he had the parts in the truck to repair. He came in and repaired the leak, was VERY personable, and was a pleasure to do business with. The bill was very reasonable, no extra charge for after hour repair. We had a new water heater installed the week before and told us how to service it also. Left his card and told us to contact him at any time. He has my business!!!!!!!!
