Wayne the Plumber #700 was professional as well as helpful and committed to solving our sewer problem. He went above and beyond the call of duty and made sure that the help our family needed to fix our home was available before he left the project. The project was beyond his scope of expertise, but Wayne the Plumber in St. Paul MN stayed with the problem until the right crew could get to our house and proceed further with repairs. I would recommend Rotor-Rooter in St. Paul MN to anyone who has had drainage back up in their basement. They make sure before they are finished that your home is safe and that you will not experience any further issues. more

The plumber arrived during the promised time slot. He quickly diagnosed an issue with a clogged line from the kitchen and laundry room. He told me exactly what he would do and what it was going to cost. It was clogged from years of grease and soap accumulation. I tried to clear it out myself with a snake the night before but it pushed through the clog without pushing it out. It took him multiple tries but he eventually pushed it through. He gave me tips on preventing this from occurring again. St. Paul MN more

Drain Problem 1/30/2012

Good: Prompt service. Aron was very efficient and very nice. Took care of the blocked toilet. He then cleaned the water off the floor with the shop vac.. Toni - Jan. 16, 2012 We discovered an issue with the main drain early this morning and called the St.Paul Roto-Rooter Plumbing office at 7AM. Received a call back from them within 15 minutes and was told that someone would be here by 8:15, The tech, Nathan, arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He was very thorough in explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done and had it resolved in less than 90 minutes. We would definitely call them again. more

Friendly, complete service 1/16/2012

Called Roto-Rooter because mainline was backing up. They arrived within less than a couple hours on a Saturday afternoon. The plumber,Jeremy, was friendly and quickly cleared out the line and cleaned what he could from the backup. He also took time to educate me in care of drains. more

Fast Drain Cleaning 1/4/2012

I called in the morning and they were out within the hour. Very pleasant and answered all my questions about when they were here before. Basement drain by the washer was plugged and Technician 1675 had it cleaned out in short order. Very happy that it wasn't my washer! more

I had a clogged drain in my basement under the floor. I called the Saint Paul Grand office for a plumber. I was told I could have someone come out within the hour. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes. I was very happy with his work. I will call them again if plumbing services are needed. more

I would definitly recommend Roto-Rooter if you ever have any plumbing issues. From my experience on 12/19/2011 our Saint Paul, MN Roto-Rooter Plumber guy arrived ontime and knew exactly what the problem was and resolved it within 15 mins. The only downfall is that the price can be spendy but at least your problem is fixed but most importantly fully satisfied. more
