Roto Rooter has the best service ever!!! 4/26/2012

Audubon Apartments had a service call on 4-25-12 and were very impressed with the service we recieved. We were notified by phone and email that the technicians were on the way. We had John and Johnny working on the repair. The repair was very very timely, neat, organized, and professional. We will continue to use Roto Rooter and reccomend them to anyone. We will also be requesting John and Johnny each time! more

ROTO-ROOTER PLUMBERS - APRIL 14, 2012 4/23/2012

So, my mom is elderly and suffers dementia - she flushed her underwear down the toilet. Ugh!! What a mess. It was a Saturday and we absolutely had to have it unplugged ASAP.\r \r I called Roto-Rooter and in less than an hour a very friendly and understanding young man showed up at the front door. In a very short period of time the toilet was unplugged!!! What a HUGE RELIEF!!!!!!!\r \r My experience was fast, friendly and professional. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ROTO-ROOTER. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 04/22/2012 4/22/2012

I called Roto-rooter at 12:15 pm on Sunday afternoon to have a free in home estimate done when our toilet started leaking on Saturday night. The technician Jon Duncan was here at the house at 1:05 pm. He was completely finished at 2:10. He quoted us a great price, and they also had a coupon we could use. He also took the time to help my husband carry the toilet we had purchased earlier in the day from the car. He not only installed the toilet but made sure that the bathroom floor was just as clean when he came in. I would not only recommend the Roto-Rooter Plumber from San Antonio, TX but also request the technician. What a great experience and wonderful service. Kudos to you Jon!! more

The Best Plumbers! 4/19/2012

We have used Roto-Rooter in the Canyon Lake Texas area since 2008 and have always been pleased with the results. Our last job was a tremendous one--replacing polybutadene water pipes with something that does NOT leak every time you turn around! The Technician Larry (supervisor in this case) is knowledgeable, competent, kind and courteous. Larry has been to our house several times and has always ""fixed"" the problem. In this last call to replace the water pipes we saw him in a teaching capacity and feel that the company is very fortunate in having him as a teacher. Larry's trainee, Roger followed instructions in a competent manner. Roger also appears to be a pleasant individual who should prove to be a very good employee. Thank you, Roto-Router for supplying excellent technicians and the very good office associates who schedule the calls. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbing Service: D'BEST 4/18/2012

I am very, very please with Roto-Rooter. When I phoned the company, the telephone associate was very courteous, understanding and was helpful in getting me taken care of. Opened a ticket to have a technician come at times I was available which was within 2 hours. Technician Dan came to the rescue, was very, very polite; determined the problem and explained in detail. I would very much like to have Dan return if I happen to call for service again. Thank you very much, Dan and Roto-Rooter associate who handled my phone call. more

Professional and thorough 4/6/2012

I was traveling and the drain lines for our rural home were stopped up. It was late in the day and we had little hope of service. Our regular plumbing service was not available so I asked my wife to call Roto Rooter. By the time I got home (2 hours), Roto Rooter arrived. Their serviceman, Roberto, studied the problem and fixed it. Even when he was done, he reinspected his work to assure that the clog was completely cleared and offered suggestions on how to avoid such problems in the future. Available in an ""emergency"", professional, courteous and thorough. Can't ask for much more. more

I was impressed. 3/24/2012

A plumber was at my door within a half an hour. I explained what I understood about the problem, the plumber checked what I was saying, and went to work. I knew this was a tough main clog. It's an old plumbing system. Joe (the plumber - no pun intended) had to fight with that old plumbing system, but he did it! He knocked that clog out, and was able to determine the underlying problem that caused the clog in the first place. I had originally called another service. They took my money and ran (about what I paid Roto Rooter). I got ripped. I'm telling you, those other plumbers are trying to learn. That's why their not working for Roto Rooter. If it's a plumbing problem, I'm telling you, call Roto Rooter. They're a fast, friendly, professional (know what they're doing), fair priced service. Now I know why they've been around since 1935. They are good! And that is what I have to say about Roto Rooter. more

Finally Some Good Service! 3/21/2012

Had a big clog and the toilet wouldnt flush the tub wouldnt work and my bathroom was a mess. Joel came out much quicker than any of my local plumbers were willing to come and did an awesome job helping us get the situation under control and back in order. He got rid of the clog one of the local plumbers i had managed to get to come out the day before couldnt remove. He was very professional and knowledgeable as was the plumber that joined him to take on the big job of correcting a bad pipeing job and installing a cleanout. The Service was great more

Problem Fixed at Last! 3/17/2012

Comode in 2nd bath was stopped up. We called a different company out who only charged us around $400 and when they left, the problem was still not resolved. We called Roto-Rooter, they came out and fixed the problem. Thank you Roto-Rooter! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3-6-12 3/6/2012

Today I had root-rooter come out to the house for a plumbing issue I had with my water line to the ice maker. I called first thing this morning hoping to get an afternoon appointment, and they were here by 9:30 in the morning! And I live in the 281/1604 area, so traffic held them from getting here even faster! The guys hit some minor roadblocks, but did not want to stop until they fixed the problem. They sent me Ben Rodriguez and Larry Armstrong. These guys were professional and very thorough. I highly recommend requesting them if you call roto-rooter here in San Antonio. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will be sure to call them again if I ever run in to any plumbing issues. But I'm hoping not to have to. Lol. more

fast & reliable 3/3/2012

I had a flooded house on a Saturday. My small time plumber was unable to get the problem fixed and recommended I call Roto-Rooter because they have ""better equipment"". I did and am happy I did. The girl that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. (told me to call SAWS and have them out there in case the problem was in the alley). The tech that came out was very nice and very informative to both me and the SAWS workers. I will call Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs I have in the future! more

Worked Like a Charm! 2/22/2012

People say that the third time is the charm ? well it was for me with Roto-Rooter! I had tried two different plumbing companies for two different (previous) problems. Both times I ended up feeling as though I was either taken advantage of, or paid a premium price for ?not so premium? work. Hurray! This time was truly a charm. Not only was the experience a positive one from the moment I called Roto-Rooter (late in the day after I discovered a leaking hot-water heater) it was also resolved promptly and courteously by Gabriel, my helpful and knowledgeable technician. Now, I know nothing about water heaters except for the fact that when I turn on the hot water faucet, the heater should kick in and generate hot water. The gentleman who arrived at my door could have told me that a new heater was required and I would never have known the difference. Instead he checked the problem and told me that a pipe needed to be replaced and the heater was fine ? further, that he could be done in less than 30 minutes. I can?t tell you how nice it was to feel that I was able to trust what I was being told and the work that was done. He did a great Job! While I hope not to need a plumber for a long time to come ? I will most certainly call Roto-Rooter and Gabriel, the next time I do. ~Cathy more

EXCELLENT! 2/8/2012

Roto Rooter is the only plumbing service we will ever use! Tim Crockett and Wil Dubaque are the plumbers to ask for. They were both extremely professional and detailed, they found our problem when 2 other plumbing company's could not. They fixed the piping issues, cleaned up and the price was exceptionally reasonable. This is who I would reccomend to all my family and friends. more

Very Prompt on time arrival and very thorough of an explanation to their work and what may have happen behind the walls. Estimates were given proir to the work and the estimate did not change at the end of the job. The leak was fixed and the job site was cleaned before they left. Will call Roto Rooter for service. Great Work! 1/27/2012

Tim Crockett is the plumber in San Antonio, who responded to my house to fix a leak in a solder joint in my bathroom wall. Did an excellent job! Very personable and knowledgable. Will ask for him again. Response time from Roto Rooter was great and on time. more

Showed up, fixed it, polite, clean, efficient, fair price 1/19/2012

They responded within a very short time, once there found and fixed the drainage problem in short order, took the time to clearly explain the problem, kept the house and grounds neat, were very polite, and before leaving demonstrated how to use a drain maintenance product to prevent further problems. The price was fair and much less than had been feared. This is the 2nd time we've used Roto-Rooter and we recommend their service highly. more

I called and a service tech, Caleb, was sent out in an hour. He was courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Unfortunately, the problem did not get fixed. Further work will be required to repair the problem. He charged the agreed amount. However, the quote for the additional work is high. more

Thanks and appreciation to Tim and Richard! After 3 frustrating days dealing with a jammed garbage disposal that I was unable to fix, I called and set a next-day appointment with Roto-Rooter. Following a courtesy call, Tim and Richard arrived at the scheduled time, thoroughly explained a couple of repair options, and gave the cost involved with each option. They left it up to me to make the final decision on how to proceed. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair the disagreeable disposal but they quickly and efficiently installed a new disposal, which has a much better attitude. Before leaving, they even took a couple minutes to play with the cats, who critiqued the final job and gave eight ""paws up."" Thanks again for such outstanding service from this professional Roto-Rooter team! more
