JP and Ernest were at my house for almost 12 hours fixing all the problems. They fixed all the water leaks, re-routed the water lines, and installed a new angle stop in my bathroom. They also reduced the high water pressure by installing a PRV and a portable hot water expansion tank. The price is a little steep but there were very courteous, professional, prompt and fast. All the issues were taken care of by the end of the day. I'm happy with the service. more

My house was flooded when I got home from work late Friday night, my water heater tank has been leaking. I called plumbing companies and I got the voice mail to leave msg. But when I called Roto-Rooter, a representative actually answer the phone and was very helpful. She sent out a very knowledgeable plumber to my house immediately. Anthony was very helpful and took the time to explain details about water heaters and its life expectancy...things most women would not know. He informed me of what need to be done...replacing water heater and contacting water mitigation. He gave me different options and explain which would best fit my situation and budget the most. He's not pushy. He was not being a salesman. He was here to help me solve my problem. He came back the next morning to replace the water heater. He did a great job and did not leave any mess for me to clean up after. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. I have a wonderful experience!! His tech-id is #62-220 more

Lived up to their Reputation 7/17/2010

Finally, a plumbing company that I can trust. I say this because I've tried 3 other main plumbing co's in San Antonio in the last 2 years only to have been disappointed and taken advantage of. I was begining to wonder if there are any real plumbers in this city. Finally, I decided to try Roto-Rooter this time. A clogged shower drain. Tim was my plumber and what a gentleman he was, as well as a professional and knowledgable plumber. He got straight to the point, advised me of my options, gave me a reasonable price estimate, and did the job in a no-nonsense, professional manner. No snow jobs like the other companies I've tried. He completed the work quickly, and even put on shoe booties every time he entered the house to protect the carpet. I am so impressed with their service I've found my new plumbing company that I will call on all future jobs in Roto-Rooter. Pros: Professional, knowledgable, timely, reasonable price more

They were curtious and quick. They came on a weekend and handled the problem very profeesionally. They made sure both me adn my mother were safe before leaving as well as they came back the next day to check on the work. I felt very at5 ease with Matt. He was very professional and i definately would pay for him to come out for our plumbing needs more

Excellent service 6/17/2010

This is the third time we have called Roto Rooter in the past 2 years after frustrations with other plumbing companies. This time, Tim, our serviceperson, arrived when we were told he would, was clear with the options available to us, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Professional, Knowledgeable and Thorough Plumbine 6/14/2010

The plumber (Jeffrey) provided extremely professional and thorough service. He did an excellent job and made sure all was working properly before he left. He is obviously very knowledgeable and he explained everything to me before and after the repairs were made. He also advised me on future updates that would be helpful. He did excellent work and I will definitely request him the next time I need your assistance. He is a great example of the timely, courteous and efficient repairman. Thanks! more

""Roto-Rooter Plumbers"" 05/22/2010\r \r I had a water leak in my front yard and thought OH! NO! what the heck caused it and how am I going to fix it. Well as I began to dig and find the source of my problem I thought I better call someone who knows what they are doing. So I called ROTO-ROOTER PLUMBERS. They came with a quick response time and did the job quickly...I couldn't think of any one else to call in a time like this...GOOD JOB GUYS. Everyone told me that they were expensive but to get the job done right you must call the right guys. more

Our bathroom sinks were not draining and called Roto-Rooter expecting to wait several days to see someone. They came within a few hours and were very professional and concerned with our needs and resolved problem quickly. He made a bad situation into a good experience and explained up keep to our pipes.
