Review content:
People say that the third time is the charm ? well it was for me with Roto-Rooter! I had tried two different plumbing companies for two different (previous) problems. Both times I ended up feeling as though I was either taken advantage of, or paid a premium price for ?not so premium? work.
Hurray! This time was truly a charm. Not only was the experience a positive one from the moment I called Roto-Rooter (late in the day after I discovered a leaking hot-water heater) it was also resolved promptly and courteously by Gabriel, my helpful and knowledgeable technician.
Now, I know nothing about water heaters except for the fact that when I turn on the hot water faucet, the heater should kick in and generate hot water. The gentleman who arrived at my door could have told me that a new heater was required and I would never have known the difference. Instead he checked the problem and told me that a pipe needed to be replaced and the heater was fine ? further, that he could be done in less than 30 minutes. I can?t tell you how nice it was to feel that I was able to trust what I was being told and the work that was done. He did a great Job!
While I hope not to need a plumber for a long time to come ? I will most certainly call Roto-Rooter and Gabriel, the next time I do.
