I have a recurring problem with a floor drain in our laundry room that creates a need to have the kitchen line run every few years. I explained the history of our situation to Roberto, and while he said that didn't sound like the right course of action to him, he agreed to do what I asked. He suggested a package deal for an increased fee that would include running a camera down the line after he cleared it to see if there were any other problems. He ran the line, the floor drain did not back up, and the camera did not find anything unexpected. He suggested running a different line with the camera, but past experience says that this will solve the problem for another few years, so I declined at this point. It seemed a little expensive but it's been awhile since I used another company so I don't have any recent basis for comparison. I can say that Roberto could not have been any more friendly, courteous or professional.
