For 3 days I had been trying to unclog my client's kitchen sink, but nothing worked. I finally called Roto-Rooter. The woman who answered the call was very friendly and helpful. She took down all our information and sent a technician out right away. In fact, Donald showed up within 30 minutes. He came to the door and introduced himself and was very professional. I let him in and showed him to the kitchen sink where he immediately started working. He was very attentive and listened to everything I said. Once he narrowed down the problem, he helped me clear out under the sink (to avoid spilling the nasty water on our supplies), and made sure he had a container to catch the rest of the water. Once he unattached the pipes, we found the problem, potato peels (Oops!). He explained to me that the garbage disposal was not working properly and also explained why even if it had been working properly, eventually we would of had a clog because the piping was narrow and not fully opened. After fixing our clog, he helped put all the supplies back under the sink and told us of other services Roto-Rooter offered, but he was not pushy, just informational. He brought us our bill and explained it to us and told us of their 6 month guarantee. He was very delightful, helpful, and respectful and we will be using Roto-Rooter (and Roto-Rooter alone) again.
