I called Roto-rooter at 12:15 pm on Sunday afternoon to have a free in home estimate done when our toilet started leaking on Saturday night. The technician Jon Duncan was here at the house at 1:05 pm. He was completely finished at 2:10. He quoted us a great price, and they also had a coupon we could use. He also took the time to help my husband carry the toilet we had purchased earlier in the day from the car. He not only installed the toilet but made sure that the bathroom floor was just as clean when he came in. I would not only recommend the Roto-Rooter Plumber from San Antonio, TX but also request the technician. What a great experience and wonderful service. Kudos to you Jon!!
