Drainage Problem 9/27/2010

We had an emergency situation today (9-27-2010) at our home first thing this morning; couldn’t take a shower, use the commode, or the bathroom sink. Apparently we had a drainage problem. For whatever reason, the first name to come to mind was Roto-Rooter so, we called them. Spoke to a very pleasant lady by the name of Karen who was very empathetic to our situation and within seconds identified a Roto-Rooter plumber who was just finishing up on another job nearby. In less than an hour, the plumber John arrived and quickly assessed the situation. He was very professional in his appearance and knowledgeable about what had to be done and in another 30 minutes solved our drainage problem. In this time where customer service is just a catch phrase to some companies, I am pleased to say that good customer service at Roto-Rooter is a genuine way of doing business! Thanks much. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/16/10 9/20/2010

I've had problems with a bad DIY install on a waterheater the previous owner stuck us with. the RR guys have always approached leak repairs to this monster with good grace and professionalism. When I decided to have it replaced the decision to cal Roto-Rooter was a no brainer. Quick consultation with the plumber, easy scheduling and fast turnaround. Couldn't ask for anything more but the guarantee on the labor and unit are really nice! The Roto-Rooter gang in Indianpolis are the best! more

I was very pleased with Roto-Rooter's Plumber (Steve) #3126 for Indianapolis that serviced my drains and plumbing problems. Everyone that I talked to was friendly and helpful that I talked to at Roto-Rooter. I would highly recomend them to anyone. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers, 9-12-2010 9/12/2010

We had a clogged kitchen sink. This is the first time, (had house built 24 years ago) that the sink needed to be "snaked". We also have a garbage disposal so you would think that the problem would have happened before. We called the 24 hour hot line. The customer service was great and gave us a estimated time and the technician arrived right on time. The technician was Tim, #2251 was the Technician / Plumber that responded to our house. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. I had already removed the pipes and after he snaked the pipes, he put the pipes back together before I realized he was finished. Tim was also very knowledgeable about his job and a fast worker. Tim explained what he did to fix the problem and what the problem was that cause the water to back up. I would say that Roto-Rooter is the best Plumbing Company in Indianapolis. Will call them again if needed, won't even think twice. Also they have reasonable rates, that can't be beat. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/7/2010 9/7/2010

A shut-off valve on one of our water lines began to leak with the weather change. It was a dripping leak but we wanted to get it taken care of as soon as we could. A Roto-Rooter tech came out on labor day to take a look and let us know what needed to be done. He was ready to get it fixed that same day but our water shut-off to the whole house would not turn off all the way. He agreed to come back the next day after we contacted the water company to shut off the water at the street. After waiting a large portion of the day for the water to be turned off he was finally able to come over to do the work. He worked quickly and was finished in no time at all. When the work was finished he even stayed behind to wait for the water company to come back and turn the water back on. He made sure to check for any leaks and even ran our water to get all the air out of the lines. We were very happy with the knowledgeable service that was provided by Roto-Rooter and would recommend them for your home plumbing needs. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/6/10 9/6/2010

On Labor day, which is to be a day of rest our sewage pump broke and was leaving a very unpleasant smell in our basement. After calling our original plumber and they were closed because of the holiday I decided to try Roto-Rooter of Indianapolis and within 45 minutes they were at our house. The lady I spoke with at Roto-Rooter was very nice and the first thing she said was sorry to hear of our troubles, Tim our plumber was exceptional. He said that our pump was not working and he would be happy to fix it. He mentioned it would be expensive and did not want us to have any surprises. Even though my cost were $1,300, Tim made me feel in good hands and the job would be done correct. He said there is a 5 year warranty and if any future troubles to call. On Labor day, Tim worked hard and Roto-Rooter I would recommend to anybody. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 09-01-2010 9/2/2010

Our water heater suddenly exploded, causing water to flood our laundry room and family room. We needed an Indianapolis plumber quickly!! The first plumbing service we thought to call was Roto-Rooter. Their reponse time was incredible and they installed a new water heater. They even removed an old water softener at our request. The service was spectacular and very professional. If we ever need urgent plumbing service again in the future, we will definitely call Roto-Rooter!! more

My huband called, Roto-Rooter, they were here pronto. I was very impress with the service. It was fast, I tell ya everything was backing up. It hard to wash your hair and, take a shower with (stuff) coming in your tub. Indianapolis customer service was alsome. Dave came out and save the day, and had a partner to help. Thanks, they were right to the point. The prize $$$$ was alright with me. Thanks, I can wash my hair and rinse off know. Thanks Roto Rooter, for sending a team of guys, very professional and nice. more

Roto-Rooter 8/27/2010

Last night I experienced a clogged up sewer line. I called Roto-Rooter and in about an hour their representative, Dave, arrived. He gave me an estimate and went about cleaning out the sewer drain. He was friendly, informative and professional. I bought a treatment for the drain and he explained how to use it in six months. I feel that he did an excellent job. Hopefully I have no more problems but if I do I will call Roto-Rooter again. more

Roto-Rooter Indianapolis 8/15/2010

We tried to fix a leak with our shower plumbing and actually made it worse, so we had to call Roto-Rooter out. Kyle arrived rather quickly and took a look at our issue. He was extremely informative about what we needed done in order to get this fixed. He gave us a quote within a few minutes and had us on his schedule the next day. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend Roto-Rooter. more

When we called Roto Rooter they had a plumber here with in 20 minutes. We have not had that kind of service from any other plumbers in the Indianapolis area. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I will be calling them again if i ever need a great plumber. more

Plumber Indianapolis 8/7/2010

Mike was excellent! He diagnosed the problem and got to work to fix it. He was friendly and even helped set up the company that would come and dry out our wall and carpet. When I wasn't happy with the customer service from that particular company and at first opted not to use them, he went the extra mile to make sure I was satified and even had his boss call the manager of the drying company to make sure we were taken care of. He did a great job and fixed the leak in our wall without issue. He didn't leave until we were satisified. more

Rotor-Rooter Plumbers 8/4/10 8/5/2010

I found my water heater leaking badly this morning and figured I needed a new water heater. At work I called a few plumbers but Rotor-Rooter was able to schedule me at the time I needed, probably becasue the have several locations here in Indianapolis. The plumber called 30 min before he arrivbed and I was able to meet him at the house right on time. He was honest and knowledgeable with his assessment. He was able to remove my old water heater, and install the new one in a few hours. It would ahve been quicker but he actually modified the stand for my old heater so the new water heater would fit. He was polite and personable the whole time. If I ever have any other plumbing issues I will probably call Rotor-rooter again. more

Roto-Rooter Rocks! 8/2/2010

We had a kitchen drain clog--I scheduled Roto-Rooter online the night before (after 10 p.m.) and had someone here by 9:00 in the morning! He gave us some good advice on how to avoid it in the future, and he was efficient and clean. Also, he reminded me that they are always available on holidays for the same cost as a regular visit in case I ever had a Thanksgiving disaster like I did a few years ago. Thanks, and we'll be back? Had a broken garbage disposal and a house full of dirty dishes. Called Roto-Rooter and they were out within the hour to diagnose the problem. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 07.19.10 7/20/2010

I've had some trouble with our water heater staying lit and had it repaired a year prior for the same thing. The water heater's lifespan had unfortunately come to an end. With the helpful advice and knowledge from the Indianapolis area plumber from Roto-Rooter, a great new water heater was installed and I was able to sign-up for a payment plan, which made life a whole lot easier.
