Review content:
A shut-off valve on one of our water lines began to leak with the weather change. It was a dripping leak but we wanted to get it taken care of as soon as we could. A Roto-Rooter tech came out on labor day to take a look and let us know what needed to be done. He was ready to get it fixed that same day but our water shut-off to the whole house would not turn off all the way. He agreed to come back the next day after we contacted the water company to shut off the water at the street.
After waiting a large portion of the day for the water to be turned off he was finally able to come over to do the work. He worked quickly and was finished in no time at all. When the work was finished he even stayed behind to wait for the water company to come back and turn the water back on. He made sure to check for any leaks and even ran our water to get all the air out of the lines. We were very happy with the knowledgeable service that was provided by Roto-Rooter and would recommend them for your home plumbing needs.
