We had an emergency situation today (9-27-2010) at our home first thing this morning; couldn’t take a shower, use the commode, or the bathroom sink. Apparently we had a drainage problem. For whatever reason, the first name to come to mind was Roto-Rooter so, we called them. Spoke to a very pleasant lady by the name of Karen who was very empathetic to our situation and within seconds identified a Roto-Rooter plumber who was just finishing up on another job nearby. In less than an hour, the plumber John arrived and quickly assessed the situation. He was very professional in his appearance and knowledgeable about what had to be done and in another 30 minutes solved our drainage problem.
In this time where customer service is just a catch phrase to some companies, I am pleased to say that good customer service at Roto-Rooter is a genuine way of doing business! Thanks much.
