Today, our sink became clogged in the kitchen. This is my mom's home and she becomes very easily upset and does not deal well with problems. When our plumber arrived from the Indianapolis area, he was encouraging and very understanding of her anxiety. He worked quickly and proficiently to get at the problem and within 10 minutes, had the clog fixed. I would recommend them anytime. more

Quick and Courteous Service 12/13/2010

I called Roto-Rooter to install a toilet in my home. He was fast, courteous and professional. He even cleaned up after himself. I would call again for any plumbing needs I have. more

Roto Rooter is fantastic! They unclogged my kitchen sink. They came on a cold snowy Sunday within two hours of when I called. They gave me a heads up call before they arrived, and actually showed up early. Triston the technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and informative. He said they they are available 365 24/7 at no extra charge for the weekends, holidays, or evening service calls. I'd highly recommend their service. I called another plumbing company before Roto Rooter. The other company worked for two hours unsuccessfully. It took Roto Rooter about an hour to clear the clog. Also, Roto Rooter's price was a lot cheaper than what the other company was going to charge. So Roto Rooter is definitely the way to go for a clogged kitchen sink! If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future they are the first place I'm calling! more

Roto-Rooters Plumbers 12/10/2010

I own several investment/rental properties and have used Roto-Rooters competitor for years. I recently needed the services of a plumber and the other service was booked up when I called them. I called Roto-Rooter and scheduled service right away and they even called ahead the day of the appointment to see if I was available earlier than our scheduled appointment. Well needless to say I was impressed with the promptness and Dave, my technician, was courteous and professional. I ended up spending half of what I would have spent with the "other guys". Great service 12/10/2010

Our main sump pump went out on a sunday when most other plumbers's answering machines say: "We're closed on Sunday for faith and family". Roto Rooter had somone out within a couple of hours. Tim did a great job and we were able to sleep with peace of mind that we weren't going to wake up to a flooded basement. more

I am impressed! 12/2/2010

This company is great! We had a leak in shower. Attempted to fix ourselves and made it worse. One phone call and they were there within the hour. Confirmed problem, and began work next day. Bill was professional, understanding, and a great blessing to what I thought would be a terrible experience. He did the job quickly and I love my new shower. Works better than ever. Excellent choice!!!! Call if your having any plumbing problems!!!Our kitchen sink was clogged, it was the day after Thanksgiving, dishes everywhere. We made several attempts to unclog the drain, but our luck wasn't going to help. So we looked in our phone book & called several plumbers in Columbus, Franklin & Indianapolis. Several other places said they would call back....an hour or two later. Roto-Rooter not only talked to us with out having to call back, but we had a plumber at our house within the hour. Our tech, Clint did an amazing job, was very respectful of our house, and we would definately call him back. more

2 plugged drains , One call for apointment ,2 follow ups with exact time of arrive and he was early on repair .Was doen in one hour , Very clean and a very kind man . Such a good plumber came to our house early on Sunday morning, from Roto-Rooter Indianapolis.We were in a quandary on what to do with our water system. We had only cold water, and in particular we were quite concerned in our preparation this day for cleaning, cooking, and especially bathing prior to our children going to school in the morning. Fortunately Mike, our plumber of Indianapolis, was here in less than two hours, and immediately identified the difficulty of our hot water heater. We were reassured by Mike that likely what was needed was not an entire new water heater tank, but rather replacement of some of the parts of the heater.As Mike proceeded through the next two hours, we awaited his concerns. Finally, the "test was done", it was GREAT! We were so pleased with Mike and the results he provided us. We definitely recommend Roto-rooter!! more

My main drain was clooged and I couldn't flush my toilet, wash clothes, or even take a shower. I called on a Sunday morning from Indianpolis(and I wasn't charged any extra fees like some companies) and they were there in 45 minutes. My plumbers name was Triston and his customer service was top notch. He fixed my drain and contiuned to run the snake until he was comfortable that the job was done right. I had another company out 31 days prior and they only had a 30 day warranty as Roto-Rooter has a 6 month warranty and at no extra charge they will send someone out to run a camera thru my drain. They have me as a customer for life now after using other companies and having bad luck. I highly recommend using Roto-Rooter more

After using two other services that didn't succeed in unclog my kitchen drain, Dave from Roto-Rooter guaranteed to unclog my drain or he wouldn't charge me. That was really reassuring. Dave and his trainee went to work diagnosing the problem, brought the equipment in and solved the problem. My double kitchen want from having sludge in both drains to running clean and clear. They also guaranteed their work for six months. They also made some recommendations on keeping my sink clear and trouble-free. I know it has only been a day or two since they were here, but two other companies led me to believe that the problem was solved only to result in continued back ups and slow drains. I could have saved a lot of money if I had called them first. I know that if my other drains ever clog I will definitely only call them..they will stay with it until it is right. It is good feeling to have my kitchen back. more

My toilet in my 1/2 bath and tub in the other bathroom had been backing up, so I decided to call Roto-Rooter. Jerry, a plumber, came out and took a look at the situation. Not only did he unclog my line, he gave me some valuable information about tree roots and excavaction. He didn't just clear the line and leave, but made sure everything was working properly. Another plumber, Chad Becker, came out the very next day to run a camera down my line and found not only tree roots, but a broken line. Both of them were very helpful and I will definitely use Roto-Rooter in Indianapolis again. Thanks Roto-Rooter!! more

Roto-Rooters Plumbers 10/2/10 10/3/2010

I had a slow draining toilet that I could not use. Roto-Rooter arrived 30 minutes after I called. When the plumber, David, arrived he quickly assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done, and went to work. Once he was able to get the toilet working properly he assessed the other toilet and drains in the house to make sure they were working properly without me asking him to do so. Once done, he gave me tips and advice on how to prevent the situation from happening again. He was very professional and I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again if I needed to! more
