I have been on a contract with Roth Heating and Cooling now for a few years. In that time I have always had very friendly, competent staff and excellent communication with the service center. John H. Did a great job to set me up with a solution that I hope will meet my needs that I requested. Haven't used my new thermostat or remote yet. So, jury is still out. However, Roth and John H. have been first class service provider. Which seems to be hard to find these days, so when I have one that meets expectations they should be awarded for it. Hope this makes it's way to John as I believe he should be recognized in his own organization for his value he adds.
