Worst

I wish I liked Rosen Management, but I also wish that my monthly assessment went to something...anything. I have been living in my building for two years, and because they mistake...

Great Quality 2/16/2012

In the past two years I've lived in my building my assessments have gone up a minor $10, and I have never been assessed any special fees. In the whole time I've been here, our entire roof has been replaced and several amenities added or enhanced. They take the initiative to support the board in small projects such as trash removal issues, community gardens, etc. All things I don't have to concern myself with, if I choose not to...the joys of only owning the interior of a place...BRAVO!! more

Poorly Managed Company - Not Recommended 2/7/2012

I am very disappointed in the service we have gotten from Rosen Mgmt and it starts at the top with the owner of the Rosen and works its way down to the Property Managers. An engineer determined we needed new stucco walls, new decks, and a new roof. Rosen decided to act as the project engineer and we have seen nothing but poor project execution (delays, new issues come up, poor and rude communication, etc..). Day to day issues are handled inconsistently and it feels like Rosen is more combative than helpful. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for Property Management services. more

I have been on the board of our 20 unit condo complex for a while now. I have seen several managers come and go but Rosen has proven to be very responsive and reliable. They are a very competent and attentive. more

Information 1/14/2012

This particular management company has been struggling for a better reputation over the last six years. I was a Board member during the time Rosen was managing our Association and they were HORRIBLE. If you look at the reviews for Rosen, you will see that they are gaining a lot of good stars lately. Two years ago this company was on Yelp and City Search for bad performance and reviews....one of the manager's was reported being seen outside of an Association making out with a contractor on the street and that contractor was awarded the job tuckpointing job of $500,000 job. Today and on Rosen is writing illegal testimonal messages to make the company look better on City Search. There are two employees who are faking and it is illegal and WRONG. Once a loser company..always a loser company. more

Great company 1/12/2012

We have all found Rosen to be attentive, professional, competent, prompt, and mostly important of all.. so very pleasant to talk to over the phone! A rarity among management companies in our opinion. My husband and I reside at the Skokie Terrace Condo Complex and I am pleased to say that we are thrilled everyday that Rosen is our buildings management company. more

Exceptaional manager! 12/29/2011

I've worked in the contracting industry for 22 years and I've worked on hundreds of projects across the country with property managers. We've worked in Vegas casino's retail stores at night and large residential complexes. Typically on of the biggest impediments to a project running smoothly is the lack of communication and inexperience of the property manager. Chuck turns that perception upside down. He drives his projects with his organization and understands the specifications in order to hold the contractor and the client accountable. I am consistently amazed that we get same-day responses from Chuck on issues that usually take a significant amount of time to find answers from other managers. more

Reliable services 12/5/2011

We had a big issue about 2 weeks ago with a roof leak that had traveled from the top floor all the way down to the basement. Of course it happened on a weekend when our tenants weren't home. Even though we had no idea there was a problem until it was too late, Rosen took care of the issue and all that is left to do now is paint the ceiling to make it better again. This could have been much worse if it had not been handled properly. more

Great maintenance 11/22/2011

The full time maintenance has been at the building since before I moved in, and is fantastic and friendly. I think low turnover speaks volumes, especially in that capacity. I honestly think he shovels the snow before it falls. I've never seen any on the sidewalks. more

Highly Recommended 7/26/2011

Chuck from Rosen Management Services took over a 17 unit condo building and has been amazing ever since. He has been responsible for several major improvements including a new roof, major masonry work and new roof-top decks. He is a hard worker and responsive to the needs of the building and its' occupants. I highly recommend Chuck and Rosen Management Services based on my personal experience. more

Chuck is the answer to a condo board members prayers. He represents us strongly with vendors, is thoughtful about processes when major issues need to be addressed and is easily accessible. He keeps us from getting too stressed about minor problems and makes sure we realize when small symptoms may mean more substantial issues. You would be lucky to have Chuck work for you. more
