Review content:
This particular management company has been struggling for a better reputation over the last six years. I was a Board member during the time Rosen was managing our Association and they were HORRIBLE.
If you look at the reviews for Rosen, you will see that they are gaining a lot of good stars lately. Two years ago this company was on Yelp and City Search for bad performance and reviews....one of the manager's was reported being seen outside of an Association making out with a contractor on the street and that contractor was awarded the job tuckpointing job of $500,000 job.
Today and on Rosen is writing illegal testimonal messages to make the company look better on City Search. There are two employees who are faking and it is illegal and WRONG. Once a loser company..always a loser company.
