Review content:
I am very disappointed in the service we have gotten from Rosen Mgmt and it starts at the top with the owner of the Rosen and works its way down to the Property Managers. An engineer determined we needed new stucco walls, new decks, and a new roof. Rosen decided to act as the project engineer and we have seen nothing but poor project execution (delays, new issues come up, poor and rude communication, etc..). Day to day issues are handled inconsistently and it feels like Rosen is more combative than helpful. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for Property Management services.
