Announcement 4/28/2012

Please acknowledge that I am the real Peggy who left Rosen Management on April 3, 2011. Thereafter, some phony message was transpired on the Citysearch website in July 2011 announcing I took on a new Association account and I am still getting calls from previous Owners I worked with wondering if I am still working with Rosen Management. The phony testimonials should stop immediately and I ask Rosen to please remove my name from their testimonials. Susan ? - 9 months ago I am so happy that Peggy is our new property manager. Super managers 2/28/2012

our current manager is one of the best we have seen from the good people at Rosen MAnagement. He has dealt with problems in a calm manner and since we have many, he is able to handle whatever comes up. He has saved our association money and has become a true friend to our community. more
