Highly Recommended! 7/26/2011

Chuck from Rosen Management Services took over a 17 unit condo building and has been amazing ever since. He has been responsible for several major improvements including a new roof, major masonry work and new roof-top decks. He is a hard worker and responsive to the needs of the building and its' occupants. I highly recommend Chuck and Rosen Management Services based on my personal experience. more

Great Job! 7/13/2010

I wanted to commend Rosen on a job well done. I live in a building that they manage, and was repeatedly smelling a horrible odor whenever it rained. Our manager at Rosen meticulously went through all of the steps to try to locate the smell. First they started with the obvious, rodding the drains in the building. When that didn't get rid of the smell, they hooked all of the residents at the building up with the cell phone of the plumber so that we could call him directly as soon as we smelled it. The problem the plumber kept encountering was when he would get there, the smell would be gone. With our manager's help, we were able to get the plumber there when it smelled. He ended up locating the source of smell and repairing the issue the same day. Rosen has always been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we have a problem. Our manager goes a step above and beyond to ensure we are happy and that the building is taken care of. more

Definitely recommend 6/7/2010

They have managed my Association for the last 5 years and we are completely pleased with the company. They have helped us with several major improvements along the way, but never forget the day to day items. Our building and grounds look better now than they ever did before, and that is due to the frequent property walks, follow up, and organization and by our managers. Our Board meetings are organized and guided, as our manager always comes prepared. Our Association is assigned a team of two managers who are a pleasure to work with. Sometimes it takes a while longer than we expect to get proposals from them for work we need, but never in an emergency. If something is falling apart, they are right on top of it! I have and will continue to recommend Rosen to people I know that live in Association’s. more

Rude and uncooperative. 1/7/2010

Rosen currently manages my condo association, I dealt with them for the first time today and they are RUDE and act like they are doing you a favor. I would not recommend Rosen Management to anyone. more

Great Service 2/26/2007

Rosen Management manages our condo association and I couldn't be more pleased. I have been around for at least two other management companies and Rosen is just at a different level than the rest. All the things that we wanted the others to do all come naturally for these guys because they are professionals. You really get the feeling that they have seen every possible scenario, that they have been there before. I believe that they care, at least our management team does. They seem to really have an understanding of what the owners are going through. I am extremely pleased with them and recommend them highly. Jim B Chicago, IL more

Not pleased too much... 1/12/2007

Rosen is currently managing my condo association. I am not too thrilled, because they take forever to answer emails, do not get back to you on time when you request other information, and they do not provide you with the clearest of answers. They have not provided me with a list of current board members, do not keep us up to date on changes with cleaning services or situations going on in the building, and when we are kept informed, they expect changes to occur overnight or they will fine you a minimum fee of $50.00. Additionally, those whom they employ to clean our common areas or exterminate the premises are not the most reliable of people, and unless you take extreme measures, they tell you to resolve issues by taking them up with the board or the president...as stated previously, all they do is pay bills and collect fees from the owners. My complex is 33 units big, and while we do not have a lot of issues, those that need addressing are either resolved or ignored, but only after multiple calls or complaints... more

Terrible Service 2/16/2006

My Condo assoc, uses Rosen and they are bad. They have been managing for 5yrs and have not done much. I have requested things and its a week turnaround time. From all I can tell is they pay our bills and collect our money. I asked the owner randy for a list of what they do for us and he would not provide it. I asked then for status report each week and he wants to charge us for it. Stay away from them. How hard is it really to manage 15 unit building.. We have since fired them as management company. A real pain in the ass getting files back from them. Randy Rosen is the most unprofessional person. He refused to document anything in writing. more
