Review content:
They have managed my Association for the last 5 years and we are completely pleased with the company. They have helped us with several major improvements along the way, but never forget the day to day items. Our building and grounds look better now than they ever did before, and that is due to the frequent property walks, follow up, and organization and by our managers.
Our Board meetings are organized and guided, as our manager always comes prepared. Our Association is assigned a team of two managers who are a pleasure to work with.
Sometimes it takes a while longer than we expect to get proposals from them for work we need, but never in an emergency. If something is falling apart, they are right on top of it!
I have and will continue to recommend Rosen to people I know that live in Association’s.
