I wanted to commend Rosen on a job well done. I live in a building that they manage, and was repeatedly smelling a horrible odor whenever it rained. Our manager at Rosen meticulously went through all of the steps to try to locate the smell. First they started with the obvious, rodding the drains in the building. When that didn't get rid of the smell, they hooked all of the residents at the building up with the cell phone of the plumber so that we could call him directly as soon as we smelled it. The problem the plumber kept encountering was when he would get there, the smell would be gone. With our manager's help, we were able to get the plumber there when it smelled. He ended up locating the source of smell and repairing the issue the same day.
Rosen has always been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we have a problem. Our manager goes a step above and beyond to ensure we are happy and that the building is taken care of.
