Rosen Management manages our condo association and I couldn't be more pleased. I have been around for at least two other management companies and Rosen is just at a different level than the rest. All the things that we wanted the others to do all come naturally for these guys because they are professionals. You really get the feeling that they have seen every possible scenario, that they have been there before. I believe that they care, at least our management team does. They seem to really have an understanding of what the owners are going through. I am extremely pleased with them and recommend them highly.
