Please read the reviews and learn from the mistakes others have made. The office stated the service was up to $250 for 1500 gallons. $250 is a reasonable price for 1500 gallons of removal. I was explicit with the office that no drain field work would be purchased as the field was saturated with rain water and I only needed the tank drained to buy time for the field to dry out. I asked the office to put in the notes to the tech not to quote drain field work because it is not needed and only to drain the tank. The time was set for 8A - 12N so plans had to be changed but getting the septic taken care of was more important. At 10AM no one had showed and there was no call to let me know progress so I called the office to be told the tech would be there well before 12N. At 12:30PM when no one showed up I called again to be told the tech was delayed but would be there soon. With no one at the house at hour later at 1:30PM, I expected no one to show but got communication at 1:45 that the tech would be another 45 minutes. That was the first update that I did not initiate. By 3:00PM the tank was open with the classic stand up of the shovel in the waste sales picture. The price went from $250 to $16K in 10 minutes. Understanding the forced upsell, we said no, again, to replacing the drain field. We watched the work completed which included the dig to the tank, hose to suck out the debris with no 'manual break up of excessive solids' and debatable hydro jetting of the mainline. The tech said 'this (pointing at the tank and the debris) is nothing compared to what we normally see...we will be done quick' Quick came sooner than expected as it started to rain and the tech pulled hoses leaving some debris in the tank, closed the lid, covered the tank with dirt and left. No pictures of the completed work and clean tank, no truck tank reading to validate waste pull from the tank. Bad people robbing everyone. more

BEWARE!!!!!! ALERT ALERT!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON! They are SCAM artists and won't even pump your septic for anything less than 1K. They were hours late. Came at the very end of day and sun going down. They wanted to get home they said. They said first that the hose is extra and it only comes with 2 and it just won't reach. They can't even start unless I pay $660.00 and then if it full it will be 1K or more. They just don't know. They looked around and saw that we have trees and said that we also have fill line issues because of the trees far away from the tank. They cut my internet wire and I work from home. NEVER to say A WORD! They decided to give an estimate finally and said that the tank was full and it would be over 1K to pump. Hum....the internet and quote the I first received was $150.00 for my tank. that was verbal and online. IT IS ALL A SCAM! My poor neighbors just sunk 3500.00 in fixes that did not even need to happen. Just a simple pump would have fixed the issue. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!! CALLING THE BBB AND DOING AS MANY BAD REVIEWS AS POSSIBLE. WHAT HAPPENED TO HONESTY AND INTEGRITY??? more

I highly recommend this company. From the receptionist to the work crew everyone was helpful and professional. The gentlemen who performed the service on my septic system explained every part of the procedure and showed me what they were talking about. They were clear and straightforward about all charges incurred and when they were done they replanted my rosebushes and spread the pinestraw over the site. Great service. more

Where to start... First off, if you have a problem with your septic tank, don't fall for the deceptive advertising of RooterPLUS. The $150 I was quoted turned into $497, which is probably normal, but I felt tricked by these people who assured me over and over that $150 was THE price to have my tank pumped. However, if there is ANY sludge whatsoever, which is how ALL septic tanks are (especially if they're full ), it costs more - in my case, $277 more! Other than the girl who answered the phone, I was disappointed with everyone I dealt with. The technician was smug, unfriendly and left his dirty gloves in the middle of my driveway, and the supervisor wanted to argue with me when I called to tell him his technician (who was standing in my doorway admitting it) broke my septic tank cap. After much arguing and finally giving my cell phone to the technician so he could explain to his supervisor that he did, indeed, break it, I was told they'd come back and install a new cap. It has been more than a week and I haven't heard from RooterPLUS, so we'll see if they actually follow through on that promise. I have my doubts. Something to note: Technicians are not allowed to drive the trucks on grass, so if you are like us and everyone else I know, you will end up paying for extra hosing to run from your driveway to wherever your tank is. We were not told this over the phone, and they 'had to' use two extra lengths of hose, so it cost us an extra $70. There is no way I'd use this company again. I have huge issues with liars and I consider deceptive advertising the worst case of lying. I also felt every man I spoke to talked down to me in a demeaning manner... not the sort of company I want to deal with as a woman. more
