Can't say enough good things about Sandy! He was on time. He went right to work and you could tell from the start he was well trained and knew what he was doing. He keep us posted on his progress and any problems he ran into. Told us the cost if he had to do certain things. He saved us money by going the best way to correct the problem first. RooterPlus you have a GREAT employee in Sandy. He represents your company well! Keep up the good work Sandy!! more

Mr. Josh Powell and Mr. Raj (his helper) are very professional and good service provider. They did an excellent job cleaning my septic tank and left everything clean when they were done. I recommend them and would contact again. more

I was quoted $250 to drain my septic tank and this is the first time I have used Rooter Plus. I have had my septic tank drained twice before and it has never cost me more than $200. They came to my house and immediately started upselling and up charging on each and every little detail. For example they had a weed eater with a boat propeller on the end of it and they stuck it in the solid waste side of the septic tank to break up the waste and charged me a $300 "crud buster charge"! They charged me an extra $100 charge and called it an "additional charge septic" with no explanation? They charged me $250 to drain the solid waste side of the tank and then $319 to pump the wet side of the septic tank! Then they charged me $404 for a baffle filter that costs $20 to $30 at Home Depot! Jeffers the owner is a con artist and so are his technicians! I am filing a complaint with the BBB and my local counties Health Department, environmental services and an attorney tomorrow morning. BEWARE DO NOT USE ROOTER PLUS!!!!! The job ended up costing me $1250!!! That was with the 10% active military discount wow! How patriotic of this crap company! How do you all sleep at night!? more

I feel as if people are very quick to leave negative reviews at the drop of a dime. Being in the service industry myself, I am especially sensitive to customer service even more so when it's great service. It started in the front office with great communication letting me know when the team would be onsite and even more appreciated when they had to reroute the team to an emergency call. Once the team arrived, Will was a pleasure to meet and work with. He let me know each step of the plan and made sure I didn't receive sticker shock by breaking down each action and associated cost. This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a home service company. While I hope not to have septic issues in the future, I'll strongly recommend this team to anyone. more

It took 3 days for someone to get out here and clear my septic tank due to how busy they were. But when they did the technician and his helper were very polite and cleared my tank pretty fast. more

Josh Powell is hands down one of the best service personal I have had at my home. He answered all my questions and took the extra time to explain any issues I had with my septic tank in detail so that I would understand. I had another company pump my thol some years back, they did not fill in the holes good. But Josh took the time to rake it out and to make it look as good as it was. He even cleaned up the road in front of my house where his Machine Had dropped dirt out of the tracs. I would recommend this company to anyone. And make sure you ask for Josh. I am not sure about the other techs but if the bosses hold all the employees up to the same work Ethic That Mr.Powell has, then this will be the company I continue to use for my plumbing and septic. Paul showed up on time and quickly identified the problem and began to solve it. When the problem turned out to be trickier than expected and even though the supply houses for parts were already closed on Saturday afternoon, he did not give up and put me off until Monday when it would have been easy to get the required parts. Instead, he tracked down what he needed at various local stores and stayed on the job until it was fixed and fixed right. In fact, my bath faucet now works better than it did when it was new. I am soooo grateful. more

Prompt, efficient service, my second experience with Rooter Plus, and they will be called as I have need of plumbing services. Service was provided by Derrick, he was courteous, personal, quickly grasped what needed to be done. We are quite satisfied, though we did find the pricing rather high. I did read your explanation regarding the cost of such work and thought it was reasonable and fair. I might mention that i was able to to use a $25 coupon to reduce the total amount.
