BEWARE!!!!!! ALERT ALERT!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON! They are SCAM artists and won't even pump your septic for anything less than 1K. They were hours late. Came at the very end of day and sun going down. They wanted to get home they said. They said first that the hose is extra and it only comes with 2 and it just won't reach. They can't even start unless I pay $660.00 and then if it full it will be 1K or more. They just don't know. They looked around and saw that we have trees and said that we also have fill line issues because of the trees far away from the tank. They cut my internet wire and I work from home. NEVER to say A WORD!
They decided to give an estimate finally and said that the tank was full and it would be over 1K to pump. Hum....the internet and quote the I first received was $150.00 for my tank. that was verbal and online. IT IS ALL A SCAM!
My poor neighbors just sunk 3500.00 in fixes that did not even need to happen. Just a simple pump would have fixed the issue.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!
CALLING THE BBB AND DOING AS MANY BAD REVIEWS AS POSSIBLE. WHAT HAPPENED TO HONESTY AND INTEGRITY???
