SAVED $1000 WORK FAST CLEAN UP PROPERLY, STAFF'S SMART FUN & HARDWORKING! Needed tank pumped for relief. Had them out the year before with a tech Richie that was awesome & I was just having a pump then too knowing that any work to septic is generally very pricey. Richie pumped it as quoted which was never my experience in the past. I have been charged almost $700 by a Pink company for the same work. Jon was sent to my house. I explained my situation with finances & how having it pumped is the best I can hope for until I save up. He told me he could pump me out & gave me tips and advice to reduce the impact I was having on my system until I could get it fixed. I had done my research so I felt on top of my game to ask questions. Jon answered all my questions adding any & everything else I didn't know so I was completely informed. We spoke & he told me he could give me a price on a new baffle but I said I wasn't interested thinking it not affordable. He finished & handed me the paperwork and I saw the estimate. WHEN CAN I SCHEDULE CAUSE THAT'S A FRACTION OF 3 OTHER PLUMBERS? Said he can do it right now if I want. After being finished already he opened everything back up and got to work. He not only removed the old & installed a new baffle system but they were to pump the drain field to remove all solids (I missed this part), and they ran a jet through my line to clean it all out. Came out during the jetting & Jon walked me along my line & explained some things to how he believed the system ran, ways to keep it in shape, & options for future work should I ever want someone else to do it or to manage it myself. IT INCLUDED THE PUMP CHARGE! By their lowest competitor they were $600 cheaper & that didnt include their pump fee which was way more so really I saved $1000! I was trying to get in touch with that other guy for 2 days to do the work but he never responded. I then remembered Rooter Plus. CALL THEM! Girls in the office are great, Richie awesome, and Jon was a knowledgeable hardworking perfectionist! GREAT JOB! more

We realized at 7 am Tuesday morning we needed help with our septic tank. I called RooterPlus at 7:05 and Cheryl answered the phone. She said they were in the morning meeting and she would call me back shortly and that they prioritize problems over regularly scheduled pumps. She called me back in 3 minutes to tell me Ray was on the way and would arrive within the hour. He arrived 30 minutes later. He and his partner were very professional and explained everything they were seeing and doing. They diagnosed the problem quickly, told me exactly what it would cost and had the job done in about 2 hours and I was able to get on with my day. Great job all the way around! We could not be more pleased! more

Cannot say enough good things about Paul's knowledgeable and courteous service. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough, offered options to keep my costs down and prevent problems in the future. Was not in a rush even though it was 4 pm Saturday when he arrived and patiently worked until at least 9 pm. Answered my questions about unrelated other issues and offered advice. Explained proper maintenance to prevent problems in the future. Will ask for him exclusively in the future. more
