Please read the reviews and learn from the mistakes others have made. The office stated the service was up to $250 for 1500 gallons. $250 is a reasonable price for 1500 gallons...

Horrible workers 3/3/2019

They came out pumped the tanked. charged us double what was quoted. The 150 ended up being 450 with all of the extra stuff they charged. Then the workers refused to clean intake baffle. I had to call another company out to open the tank and clean the inlet baffle. it took 2 mins. a couple of pokes and it was done. This ordeal ended up costing 800. Don't waste your money. call a better company. Their customer service is horrible. more

Very Professional Plumbing Service 2/27/2019

Jake and Tanner did a great job repairing the main drain from my house to septic tank after a tree root got in and blocked most of the pipe. During the job, which took all day Jake provided updates and information. The job required Jake and Tanner to dig a 4ft by 4ft hole next to the house and slightly under the foundation. They did this, repaired the drain pipe and y pipe and then added rocks under the foundation and packed the dirt back into the hole to prevent and settling. They finished it off by putting the landscaping rocks back in place and cleaning the area. Not only is my drainage repaired with a warranty, but you can not tell they were ever there (all done in one day). Very good communication, professionalism and of course knowledge of the job. Will call back in the future. more

I was very pleased with the service provided by the plumber, Jeffery Teague. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided a full explanation of the problem, gave a fair quote for the repair, and proceeded to quickly remedy the situation. He was also professional and honest. I knew of a different plumber I could have called to fix the problem, possibly for a little bit less of a cost, but that independent plumber didn't stand behind his work in the past, and after speaking with Jeffery I felt comfortable that, should there be a problem with the repair (which I don't anticipate), he would return to correct it. more

Water Heater replacement 1/19/2019

Very professional and very friendly. Completed the work quickly. I would give 5 stars but for two problems: when they removed my old water heater they clearly dragged it across the the floor putting a scratch all the way down my garage floor and partially into the driveway; didn't seal the drywall gap hole they widened from installation until I pointed it out, and when they did a poor job I'll need to tear out and fix properly myself. Wish those two problems didn't exist; really liked the guy and did a super job otherwise. Would recommend for additional work but advise keeping a closer eye on things to prevent damages. more
