Service with a Smile 4/16/2015

From the moment of scheduling an appointment to my arrival for routine maintenance, I encountered courteous, knowledgeable service reps. The expertise of mechanics in providing routine service to my 2013 Sonata was revitalized my driving experience. The cost was reasonably priced. The showroom with its complementary commuters, television, newspapers and beverage service exuded first class hospitality. Great job, one and all! more

I live with in five mile of this dealership and I refused to revisit this dealership due to my interaction with Tom Krizanic sales manager. I was traveling to Weston to service my car. Due to a recent problem I had with my car, I was forced to used this location. To my surprise, the service department and Tom Owens has changed my views on this dealership. Tom and the service staff made me fill valued as an customer ( the Weston store is great at valuing their customers). Tom excelled at explaining the warranty issues with my car and was honest about services I needed to consider. Thanks Tom. I am currently looking to trade my car in but due to the interaction both me and my wife had at this dealership I would not recommend any customer to work with Tom Krizanic or Fares Abulown both managers. I would continue to recommend Rick Case because he has the best warranty on the market, but not this dealership. more

Nice people...GREAT coffee 4/11/2015

Whenever I go in to have my Sonata serviced the people are all so nice. From the greeting from the adviser to the check out. they also have the best coffee. more

Kind, quick and helpful service 4/9/2015

Service advisor Ernest was very helpful, had a tech waiting for my car to put on my tires and do an oil change very late in the afternoon. Was in and out very quickly and really appreciated the service. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this dealership. more

Excellent 4/8/2015

We had gone to two other dealers the previous month and in both cases they seemed very pushy to make the deal. Eddie was very nice, relaxed, easy to talk to. He listened to our needs and understood what we were looking for and met our needs. My daughter is thrilled with her car. I definitely will recommend Rick Case. Bring Your Own Food 4/4/2015

While in the waiting area, a lady saw me enjoying my homemade sandwich and asked where she could get one. You guys should offer more food options to those waiting 2+ hours for service, I guess. more
