Terrific Dealership! 5/30/2015

I bought my first car, a new 2006 Hyundai Tiburon Limited from Rick Case. I traded that in for 2013 3.8 Genesis Coupe, manual in red. I have only used Rick Case for service for both of my cars. I absolutely love my Genesis Coupe! more

Little slower than usual and didn't get a time for completion of service. Usually told how long it will take, and usually spot on or updated. Still done in a reasonable amount of time. And employees are nicer than you will find in any business! more

BROUGHT THE CAR FOR AN A/C PROBLEM; HAD THE 15.000 SERVICE DONE SINCE IT WAS THERE ($ 300+ FOR THAT SERVICE ! ; A/C PROBLEM UNRESOLVED , I PRESUME I WILLNEED TO BRING IT BACK IN , AS THE PROBLEM WAS NOT DETECTED AND NOT RESOLVED . ANOTHER DAY W/OUT MY CAR .... more

Wonderful customer service. 5/22/2015

Great customer service, however the only thing I wasn't pleased with was the fact that none of the guys in the back would vacume my car. At the time of my appointment the system was down, so Ernest told me that in the meantime I could go get my car vacuumed, however when I went to the back the guys back there absolutely refuse to vacume my car. I found that completely unprofessional and ridiculous. Not only was I waiting 3 hours for the system to come back I couldn't even get my car vacuumed. It Was a little bit of an inconvenience. Other than that Ernest and the staff took great care of me. more

Appt made easily via internet. Multiple open slots to schedule at my convenience this was a recall issue and all was fixed in less than 2 hours more
