I have been going to Rick case for a long time for service. I bought my car from there in 2007. Everything had been fine until I started dealing with the associate Yohan. Long store short.. If you constantly screw up a customers service you could at least helped me out by imstalling the part that was screwed up the first for free. $40 of labor is all I asked for and he said NO! more

DONT MOVE MY MIRRORS 3/19/2015

The service is generally quick and the staff courteous, however being in the car business for 20 + years before retirement. I cant for the life of me understand the need to Adjust all of my mirrors and move the seats for a simple oil change. It's absolutely unheard of! I guess since we were not waiting, our car was the lunch chaser. Next time I'll be sure to leave some spare change for the mechanic also. I'll continue to recommend your business but I'll warn them your customer service is lacking! more

Chris was wonderful. He called me to let me know about an unanticipated repair to make sure I wanted it done even though my car would have been inoperable had I chosen not to make the repair. He also let me know when I went to pick up my car that they had discovered a problem with the passenger window & had ordered the part to make the repair as soon as it came in & I could bring my car back and that it was covered under my warranty. Customers need to be told exactly what services were done. I don't know if my tires were checked or all fluids topped off. I asked this to be done when I signed the paper work. All I saw was oil change on the payment slip. more

This is the worst Hyundai dealership in the area. They only care about selling cars and taking your money. Many workers are rude, unpleasant, and unhelpful. more
