Ernest is the Best! 3/10/2015

I've been bringing my car to Rick Case Hyundai Fort Lauderdale for the past few years. Ernest ("Ernie") was one of the first service managers I met. Ever since, he's made an exceptional effort to welcome me when I come in. Every visit is personal (he asks about my family and whatnot) and he educates me about service promotions and ways to keep my car in tip top shape. I couldn't imagine working with a better person. He's an absolute gem! more

A good dealership for service 2/23/2015

I've been a customer at this dealership since I first bought my car seven years ago and I've found the staff to be competent and caring. It's difficult to find a decent shop to trust and I won't go anywhere else. You might find cheaper, but I don't think you'll find one that knows Hyundais better and that's important to me. more

took too long and I felt lied too 2/23/2015

It's a long story but would not recommend anyone take their car here I wouldn't even recommend a Hyundai car. my condenser broke it was not covered under warranty on a 2013 vehicle and on top of that the radiator broke while the technicians were working on my car. It took three days to get my car back without a loaner and it was over $500 to fix anew almost new car. Not happy with Hyundai or Rick case. more

better safe than sorry 2/20/2015

Yesterday I went to my Hyundai dealer as the low tire pressure light came on in my car. It turns out the pressure was down due to the cold weather. The dealer checked the tires and they were O.K. Earnest, my service adviser suggested I have my scheduled maintenance as long as I was there. I had the service done and saved an additional trip to the dealership. more
