I live with in five mile of this dealership and I refused to revisit this dealership due to my interaction with Tom Krizanic sales manager. I was traveling to Weston to service my car. Due to a recent problem I had with my car, I was forced to used this location. To my surprise, the service department and Tom Owens has changed my views on this dealership. Tom and the service staff made me fill valued as an customer ( the Weston store is great at valuing their customers). Tom excelled at explaining the warranty issues with my car and was honest about services I needed to consider. Thanks Tom. I am currently looking to trade my car in but due to the interaction both me and my wife had at this dealership I would not recommend any customer to work with Tom Krizanic or Fares Abulown both managers. I would continue to recommend Rick Case because he has the best warranty on the market, but not this dealership.
