Horrible experience 6/19/2015

Most horrible experience with a car dealer. Understaffed with technicians. The dealer is not altogether at fault. The much touted Hyundai Assurance car care is the worst of all companies. You would think that, for what the cars cost the policies would be more appreciative. I would never own another hyundai. I would rather spend more for a Lexus knowing the experience will be 100% better. more

Your service representatives, and Samantha in particular, provide the highest level of service and pay close attention to customer needs. I made the mistake of purchasing my last car at another dealership after servicing my first Hyundai with Rick Case for years and am glad to be back with Rick Case. I will never purchase an automobile from another dealership. Rick Case knows service. more
