Great customer service, however the only thing I wasn't pleased with was the fact that none of the guys in the back would vacume my car. At the time of my appointment the system was down, so Ernest told me that in the meantime I could go get my car vacuumed, however when I went to the back the guys back there absolutely refuse to vacume my car. I found that completely unprofessional and ridiculous. Not only was I waiting 3 hours for the system to come back I couldn't even get my car vacuumed. It Was a little bit of an inconvenience. Other than that Ernest and the staff took great care of me.
