Impressive all around... 2/3/2014

After struggling with the rental process off and on for a few years, we finally tried Renters Warehouse out. I'm very glad that we did. We were assisted by Mitch, who was very helpful as we listed the house. They found us a great tenant and handled everything on that end. Even after a plumbing issue on the 3rd day of our lease, their support team was communicative, responded quickly and handled everything great. I'd make the decision to use Renters Warehouse again and would recommend to other property owners as well. more

Great Experience! 2/3/2014

We recently canceled with Renters Warehouse, not because of anything they did we just wanted to sell our home. The inspector Jacob who completed the move out inspection was great to work with. He informed us of the process it had to go through and answered all the questions that he could and if he couldn't, he would know who we needed to talk to. Overall Jacob is a great employee of Renters Warehouse to work with along with the whole company. I would highly reccomend them to everybody looking to rent their home. more

Very Professional 2/3/2014

They managed our 3 bed room residentual property for 18 months. If their was a problem, they called, asked how we wanted to handle it. They took care of everything right away, no waiting. They found us a great renter, we always received the rent on time. The renter left the property in better shape than it was in when it was first rented. more

Reliable, Knowledgeable Agent found a "good match" 1/30/2014

I worked with Justin Hertzog on a farmhouse rental property and could not have asked for a better agent. Justin understands the rural property market in this area and gave a realistic assessment of both the rental rate and length of time to find a tenant. He ALWAYS returned calls promptly and ALWAYS followed up on everything he promised. I felt he was looking for a "good match" -- for the tenant to be happy in the property and for me, as a landlord, to have a tenant that takes care of the property and pays the rent. I HIGHLY recommend Justin!!! more

After months of looking for a home, we found an ad on craigslist with Erik Knutson's contact information for the listing. Erik was so helpful and knowledgeable. After having so many frustrating experiences, Erik was great. Really helpful, friendly, non-pressuring. He was easy to work with, we will recommend him to our closest friends. Renters Warehouse 1/24/2014

I recently had to go the arduous pain of finding a place to live. It's always an experience I don't enjoy doing. Although this time it was very nice because my house mates and were offered a place by Erik Knutson of Renters Warehouse. I am diffenately very pleased how kayla shogren put all this together. as i got married and needed to move out of state, she had my town home rented within 14 days and found a very good tenant ... i can honestly say she handled everything for me thus made this whole experience so awesome!! i diffenatley would recommend kayla for anyone looking to rent out your place, i know its scarey renting out your house to someone but she made this experience worth it! more

Very flexible and detailed oriented! 1/21/2014

I have been thinking about renting my Edina condo for a few months and when I decided to pull the trigger, I met with Justyn Dow with Renter's Warehouse. He led me thru the offers and did a comprehensive breakdown and audit of my unit. When everything was ready, we listed it and shortly came two very interested parties. The first one did not pass the background check, but the second one did. However, she wanted the condo in a week. While I busted my $@!#% getting the unit ready, Justyn was just as busy giving me more tasks and getting the new tennent ready to move in. Somehow we managed it and now I have a reliable tennent for a 19 month lease. Very professional and very down to earth. I highly recommend! more

Sheila Scholl represented Renters Warehouse for Rick & Donna Kranz 1/20/2014

Sheila Scholl did a great job helping us manuver through the questions and the paper work regarding renting out our home. She showed the house several times in a short period of time and also came up with several offers each week. She handled each question and concern like a profesional and always treated my wife and I with respect and concern. Great Job!!! more
