As a first time landlord, I was very uneasy leasing out my property. Renter's warehouse made it so easy! I had a great tenant placed in 7 days, and now I just sit back and collect the checks. Thanks to Rob Paulno for doing such a great job finding me a tenant. I will definitely use your service again! more

After hearing their great radio ads I thought that I had a perfect solution to my situation. In the four months they had my house listed I signed 2 lease agreements. The first one apparently found another home to rent & the agent let them walk. The next one this same agent let them move in with just a personal check for rent & damage deposit. The couple moved in, got into a fight, cancelled the check, moved out damaging several walls in the process. After writing a letter to the BBB, RW at least paid for the damages, but I still had no renters. I have since decided to sell my property. I saw nothing professional about this company more

RW quickly and efficiently found tenants for my property 11/5/2013

I'm new this year to renting a property. My family found a new place to live but we weren't sure if the market was right for selling our existing home. We decided to rent the existing place but didn't want to manage it as we both work full-time. We interviewed a realtor just getting into property management. Their fees were higher than Renters Warehouse, but we thought maybe their personal touch might be worth it. We then talked to Jeremy Nilson, RW's agent for our area, and he impressed us with his experience and solid answers to our questions. We decided to have RW list our property, and Jeremy quickly found someone who was a good fit. It's still early days, but so far we're happy. more

Kelly was great to work with and made the renting process very easy for our family. We were pretty anxious about getting our house rented out prior to getting into our new home and Renter's Warehouse found a family in 9 days!! I would recommend Kelly and RW to anyone looking to rent their home!! more

Dean and his team had my house rented within a month. I had it listed for sale for two years and decided to try to rent it. He was thorough and very helpful from the first conversation through the date (and after) my renter moved in. I will definitely recommend renters Warehouse. Thank you!!! more
