Josh was prompt, knowledgeable and easy to work with. If the rest of our contract goes as good as the first few months, I will definitely use Renter's warehouse again. 10/5/2013

Josh and renter's warehouse were able to screen possible renters quick and efficiently. With in 15 days they had a qualified person and so far things are going good. It is exactly what I needed, as I live a considerable distance from the rental property and they have relieved me totally of the stress of finding a competent renter. more

Mitch Borgen is our lease agent, and he provided incredible customer service and help for us in finding the house we wanted. He is a great communicator and is very well organized. He answered all our questions efficiently and effectively. I am very appreciative to have had his help and consistent kindness to my roommates and I throughout the whole process. I am very happy with the new house and would highly recommend Mitch Borgen!!! more

From my first call to RW, when I began my search for another residence, to the signing on the Residential Lease Agreement 5 days after my property was posted to the RW site, everyone I spoke with answered my multitudinous questions thoroughly and patiently. Prior to this time, I had never rented out a property. RW was always prompt responding to my emails/ phone calls. I have shared my excellent experience with all of my co-workers and friends. RW rates a “10” from me! more

Excellent Job 9/30/2013

Rob at Renter's Wearhouse really did a good job of finding quality renters for our property. I love the tenant screening report they give me. It allows me to thoroughly vet the prospective tenants. Rob explains things well and leaves nothing to chance. Renter's Wearhouse has really good leases with a lot of good tricks that protect both the tenant and the landlord from common pitfalls. Good Job Rob! more

Awful Service - Need Customer Service Training! 9/17/2013

I would never recommend anyone to work with this company. The leasing agent we were assigned to was horrible with communicating and following up. We have lost thousands of dollars due to mis-communication. more

We worked with Jeff Carlson. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He found a tenant within one week of putting the property on the market. I have already been making recommendations for Jeff and Renters Warehouse to friends who are interested in renting out their properties, and will continue to do so. more

Jacob Koch & Property Management Services 9/15/2013

I had a less than palatable experience with the Tenant Placement service aspect of Renters Warehouse prior to finding my own tenants and transitioning over to using the Property Management services group to manage my rental property this September. The move-in inspector (and member of the property management team), Jacob Koch, has been very courteous, professional and informative throughout the process of transitioning management from myself to Renter's Warehouse. I had many questions and Jacob patiently answered those he knew and put me in contact with the appropriate colleague of his who could answer the rest. more
