I have worked with Renters Warehouse for a few years now. Recently a tenant had a job relocation, while only a couple months into a lease. Renters Warehouse offers a lease exchange option. Leasing agent Erik Knutson successfully facilitated the lease exchange within less than a thirty day time frame and as a result positively impacted three individuals. Erik found a good fit for a new renter and the existing owner and subsequently relieved the relocated worker from a lease obligation. After an unsuccessful attempt at selling my house and my purchase of a new house, I was very worried about my financial situation and being stuck with two mortgages. A friend of mine had used Renter's Warehouse last year and she was very pleased with the speed of the process and how quickly she was able to rent her condo. Coming off of a somewhat bad experience with a real estate agent, I didn't know how I felt about dealing with another similar agency, but at the very first appointment with Rob Paulno, I was immediately at ease. He has a natural talent making his clients feel at ease by explaining the process in detail, providing information, and being very prompt in answering calls and emails. It only took two showing and my condo was rented in less than 10 days. I couldn't ask for more. Such a peace of mind. Today I just got the link to the video and the inspection form and I have to say I am extremely impressed how accurately Rob had documented every stain, every dent, with all the very important comments. I trust that I will get a similar checklist after the lease is expired and the tenant has moved out (at the end of the process). Rob Paulno is an excellent agent.
