I have been thinking about renting my Edina condo for a few months and when I decided to pull the trigger, I met with Justyn Dow with Renter's Warehouse. He led me thru the offers and did a comprehensive breakdown and audit of my unit. When everything was ready, we listed it and shortly came two very interested parties. The first one did not pass the background check, but the second one did. However, she wanted the condo in a week. While I busted my $@!#% getting the unit ready, Justyn was just as busy giving me more tasks and getting the new tennent ready to move in. Somehow we managed it and now I have a reliable tennent for a 19 month lease. Very professional and very down to earth. I highly recommend!
