Bruce Leach of did a great job placing tenants in my Triplex 10/31/2013

Bruce brought me qualified tenants for each of my triplex units, We had it rented in no time. He coordinated with each of the tenants to keep both of us satisfied. He was very responsive and helped tremendously. more

We worked with Kelly Konechne at Renters Warehouse. She was extremely knowledgable, efficient and patient with all our questions. Kelly was available at all times (weekends as well) to respond promptly to our questions, and she made the entire process very easy for us. I would highly recommend Renters Warehouse! more

Sean Clark listed my property and within just one week he found an extremely well-qualified tenant to move in almost immediately. The whole process was extremely convenient for me because of the electronic document signing. Sean kept me informed every step of the way. I will use this service again in the future and I would highly recommend it to anyone else! more

Outstanding, above and beyond service 10/6/2013

Justin Solie was outstanding from beginning to end. He consistently responded to questions quickly and never made me feel that I was taking up too much of his time. The day the renters were moving in I was overwhelmed and behind on getting everything in place, he showed for the walk through and began helping...sweeping, replacing light bulbs, outlet covers, etc.. Then he saved me once again when my dog decided she wasn't ready to move yet and ran away....stayed and got her back for me before leaving. I cannot recommend him strongly enough. Thank you!!! more
